The rooms are not great. I booked 2 rooms one single which didn't have windows in room very small. And double with one window facing wall 🧱 .

La ubicación era en un extremo de la ciudad, pero no resultó incómoda, pues se encontraba en una buena zona, cerca. del parking del Kursaal, y podía ir fácilmente a pie a los sitios que me interesaba visitar. En la habitación y el baño todo está escrupulosamente limpio, y hay agua y caramelos de cortesía.

Cons:

La habitación estaba bien y la cama era cómoda. Era la número 15, en la planta baja, y no tenía vistas, daba a un lucernario interior. El problema es que entraba demasiada claridad, los estores apenas sirven de nada y además el ocupante de la habitación que estaba encima tenía la luz encendida. Con ser molesto, no era lo peor, pues este sujeto estuvo hablando por teléfono con quien debía ser su compañero de viaje en voz muy alta (una persona hablando en inglés casi a gritos), duchándose, haciendo gárgaras… todo ello sin parar, hasta más de las tres de la madrugada. Era imposible dormir, pues las paredes son como de papel, todo se oye. Al ver por el lucernario que estaba en la habitación encima de la mía, abrí la puerta de cristales que da al lucernario y le grité SILENCIO (si yo lo oía a él, también él podría oírme a mi). Mi amonestación hizo efecto, apagó las luces y se calló… hasta que una hora o una hora y media más tarde bajó a la habitación de la persona con quien hablaba. antes por teléfono para darle varios avisos de viva voz y a gritos…
Fue una noche agotadora en la que apenas pude dormir, y al día siguiente tenía que conducir varias horas.
La próxima vez que vaya a San Sebastián me alojaré en otro sitio, desde luego, pues la relación calidad-precio no pudo ser peor.

A lovely stay in a nice location close to the beach.
Pros:

Location right on the beach. Clean hotel & nice staff.

Cons:

It needs sound proofing as you can hear everything in rooms above, from rooms to the side and from reception area.
