Comfortable and functional
Pros:

Good location, good spaced studio and very helpful staff. And in the middle of a heatwave, it had a working fan!

Cons:

No lift, and my studio was at the top of the building - 4-5 sets of stairs to lug my case up and down.

Excaclty what we needed for our stay

No Parking!
Pros:

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Towels and soaps were provided as well. Having a fan in the room was helpful for the weather as well.

Cons:

We were on the top floor of the building but it was across the road not in the main hotel so felt disconnected and with the weather it was really hot and the WiFi wasn't the best on the top floor either.
There was only a small bathroom mirror which is not helpful when there are 3 females getting ready to go out in London.

The parking situation was awful. This hotel does not have parking! This should be removed from the booking.com filters as parking is on the streets and costs £3 per HALF HOUR and you can only park for 90 minutes and no return within an hour which is beyond unhelpful when staying for 2 nights. There is a street a 10 minute walk away that you can park for longer but is still costly unless it's at the weekend but it is also more difficult to find a space at the weekend. The member of staff was helpful in locating this street for us but parking should absolutely not be advertised for this property. There is no parking.

The toilet seat was way too small for then toilet and the shower bracket was faulty (we fixed it) and the dish soap was almost empty

Hot, unbearable, and difficult the rest

Cons:

the rooms are not as advertised, small, facilities issues, we requested a room change because we were put in a minuscule room that doesn't look like the room we rented in the site, with 1/4 if the size, a pillow smelling sweet, poor ventilation. We were placed than e a lower floor, as per request, the bathroom shower was loose, falling apart the shower floor sink was clogged, always flooding. And the new room also was small, and the fan was totally falling apart.

Clean and comfortable but dangerous in hot weather.
Pros:

Top floor mini-studio had well appointed kitchen. Plenty of local restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Long walk from underground. Was not told I was on the top floor which meant climbing several flights of stairs with bags.

It was dangerously hot - a red weather warning on national news and over 30 deg C. The room got very hot - the top floor was the hottest. Opening the window and using the floor fan provided had no effect. Staff apologised and said they would provide another fan but nothing came.

I also asked for an iron twice and they said it would be provided but again, nothing came.
