Great stay, very short walking distance to Zona Colonial
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, a little bit too repetitive, but delicious, good presentation, and overall taste. Very friendly staff always willing to help with any request. All the desserts were absolutely delicious, a mango ice-cream or a dragon-fruit sorbet were mouth watering.

Cons:

Outside of different versions of omlet there was not much of anything else. I mean breakfast consisted of a variety of tropical fruits, followed by a granola with yoghurt, then some bread with jam or honey or olive oil, and then different types of omelets, I believe there were 5 to chose from, all delicious and beautifully presented, and then finally dessert. Everything tasted great and all, so there's no complaining about any of that, but it's every day the same. I wish there was maybe some choices of sandwich with ham, prosciutto, cheese etc.

Fantastisch hotel!
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel met de meest vriendelijke, attente host David!
Het ontbijt was fenomenaal. 4 gangen en het meest vriendelijke personeel.
Kamers zijn niet heel groot maar van alle gemakken voorzien.

Si deseas estar en el casco antiguo a un excelente costo beneficio, este es tu hotel. El Desayuno es SOBRESALIENTE, te deja sin palabras. La atención de sus empleados (todos) es fantástico.

Cons:

No es que no me gustó sino que deseo aclarar que hablamos de un hotel boutique comparable a un hotel de 3 estrellas super bien cuidado. Pero no deja de ser un 3 estrellas. No esperes más al respecto. Es probablemente el mejor 3 estrellas de Santo Domingo.

Superior Stay for Sure
Pros:

Such a great place to stay while visiting the colonial Santo Domingo. We especially loved the courtyard and pool. Breakfast was really outstanding. Staff was very friendly and kind.. Highly recommended to get the feel of Old Santo Domingo. We would return if we do visit again.

Top Hotel an bester Lage und ausserordentlicher Service
Pros:

Exzellentes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl (Vegan, Laktosefrei,etc.). Alles frisch zubereitet und extra Wünsche wurden Problemlos erfüllt.
Das Zimmer mit Terrasse bietet viel Komfort für gemütliche Abende. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem.
Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in der Zona Colonial und man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss. Es befinden sich auch viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe.
Ramòn und sein Team haben uns von Anfang bis Ende ausserordentlich professionell und freundlich betreut. Ramòn hat für uns auch eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung vorbereitet, was unsere Ankunft noch schöner gestaltet hat. Er gab uns auch viele Tipps für die Weiterreise, welche wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. As I had to leave early in the morning, they kindly arranged an earlier breakfast for me, which was greatly appreciated. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the staff consistently went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience.
