Pros:

The hotel is clean, the restaurant staff are excellent, the rooms are kept nice and clean and the reception staff are polite and helpful. The food is varied and tasty, with a choice of restaurants.

Cons:

No one told us that 'the smart pool' the larger of the two pools was closed, neither booking.com nor the hotel management. It made a big difference to us. We've been going there for many years now and if we had known the smart pool was closed, we wouldn't have gone. The smart pool had food and drink facilities at a kiosk on site. The only pool available to us had no facilities at all and the seating area was limited.
I now know why the pool was closed but my issue is - we should have been informed that the pool was not in use. As far as I am concerned we paid for a facility that was not available. The booklet provided in the bedroom said "piscine termali'" which indicates more than one pool and the hotel website also states "piscine termali'" again the plural form of the word.
I have already asked customer services at booking.com why we weren't advised that the the pool was not in use, but I have had no response.

Come sempre una garanzia.. ci torno spesso, albergo bello. Stanze sempre super pulite.. piscine calde , staff super educato e gentile, colazione nella norma.. che dire.. da rifare..

Avrei preferito sapere in anticipo che la piscina principale fosse ancora chiusa..

E una bellissima struttura in un' ottima posizione e molto ben curata.Ottima era anche la colazione e il personale era gentilissimo.La piscina termale forse avrebbe bisogno per questo periodo di acqua più calda.Ma tutto sommato siamo stati ottimamente.
