It was convenient to where we had to be for appointments
Pros:

After we checked in, a notice was slipped under our door that the water was going to be turned off the following morning between 6-7 a.m. for maintenance. We got up extra early to make sure we could get ready. The water never was turned off and was told that someone forgot to file something. We were traveling for medical appointments, so had appointments to be met without flexibility. I was very disappointed in the timing of the scheduled shut-off. It could have been scheduled for later in the morning rather than when guests were possibly getting ready for the day. We were never offer an apology of any kind for the inconvenience.

Disappointed but all we could find near the hospital after Booking.com screwed up our reservation a

Not sure. We were underwhelmed being that it bears the Hilton name. The room and bathroom were a little beat up. Coffee in the lobby was good.

Cons:

Pool was out of commission and had been for months, shower leaked and made it difficult to sleep, both USB outlets were broken. Breakfast was nothing special.

Perfect for families
Pros:

The was very spacious and perfect for a family stay

Cons:

The pool was closed and not disclosed to us at the time of booking or any time prior to our reservation. If we would have know the pool wasn’t operational we would have cancelled and rebooked at another hotel. It was a hot weekend and we were traveling with kids and planned on being in the pool.

Would Stay Again
Pros:

Clean, pleasant staff, comfortable beds, breakfast had good choices. Nice size room.

Cons:

Noisy a/c. Would have liked a variation of drinks. ie teas etc.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was close to town. The hotel was clean and the room was very nice.

Cons:

Parking was behind the hotel and tight. The roo. Was loud due to the busy bordering street. The bed was the worst part of the stay- it felt like a roll-away mattress that had nothing left.

Pros:

The location was good for what I needed.

Cons:

The bathroom door didnt close. It was a pocket door and it was off its runner and it wouldn't even slide. They were called and said someone would fix it the next day. It was not clean, there was a makeup hand print on the toilet and the bathroom counter. Dried food on the kitchen counter. The water dripped non stop in the shower. Couldn't adjust the thermostat in the room.
