Very good service, located next to the pacific and a long beach for a walk. Conbini very closeby and easy acces to publi
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and pro active. Breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel offered a lot of variation. Onsen was also very nice.

Cons:

The onsen could use a good maintenance session.

Great onsen, value for money, friendly staff
Pros:

We booked the room with private onsen. The room is neat Japanese style and the onsen is huge. The buffet breakfast and dinner is extensive and tasted amazing. Fukushima-san at the restaurant is very friendly, even greet us in our native language Indonesia

温泉の湯、ロケーションが最高！
Pros:

大浴場や露天風呂の湯が気持ちよく、そこから見える海側の景色が最高✨
街側の部屋の予約だったのが、海側の部屋に変更になっていて、部屋からの景色もとても良かった😊
食事会場の案内の方が、笑顔で優しくおすすめの料理等の説明をしてくださって、大満足の食事ができた😄

Cons:

部屋のテレビで映るのが２局しかなかった。
部屋の電気の小球がつかなかった。
食事会場や大浴場から出た時のロビーへの見やすい案内板等が欲しかった。
大浴場の更衣室が寒かった。

Pros:

函館空港へ向かうバス停が近く、アクセス良好。部屋から海や、函館山も眺めることができた。

Cons:

歯ブラシなどアメニティが部屋になかった。チェックイン時に案内が無かったが、フロントにあったのかもしれない。朝早いチェックアウトだったため、確認できなかった。
