Great location, good for a short stay in the city
Pros:

A good hotel in the city centre. Everything is within walking distance. There’s a tube station, shops, cafés and a market nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly – they’ll help with any queries and let you use the fridge and microwave, which is very handy. Also there’s the most delicious Italian ice cream on the corner!

Cons:

Staircase. But that’s typical of Amsterdam :)

Das Personal war super freundlich, wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher im Keller abschliessen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr sauber und ansprechend. Das gleiche gilt für Toilette und Dusche. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Die Wände sind etwas ringhörig, allerdings nicht zu sehr und man kann trotzdem gut schlafen.

Super Lage. Sauber, gemütlich und sehr freundlicher Empfang:)! Alles da, was man benötigt und dazu auch noch ein Frühstück inklusive! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A very pleasant experience.
Pros:

We were looking for a place with character, and we found one. The hotel is located in an area with a very local atmosphere, just a five-minute walk from a metro station and close to several restaurants with terraces that filled up with locals in the evenings.

Cons:

Really, the only complaint concerns the staircase, which is very steep—typical for the area.

Pros:

My experience was really good, they should provide iron in the room which is a very basic facility or atleast on shared communal area, shampoo and toothpaste are very basic things they should provide, breakfast was basic but very good. Staff was excellent

Pros:

Planeamos un viaje de última hora y vimos este hotel. Quedamos encantados con la ubicación y el servicio.

Cons:

Por señalar algo en contra, si tienes poca movilidad hay que tener en cuenta que el acceso a los pisos de arriba es a través de escaleras tradicionales holandesas, y puede ser más dificultoso.

Pros:

All the staff were lovely with us, even with my friend who doesn't speak English very well.
There were friendly and helpful all the time.
The hotel is a good location, we could do everything walking. And the are around the hotel has everything. Stores, grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
The girls were amazing. Storm and Zoe. 🥰

Cons:

It isn't a problem for me, but I would warn about the stairs, mostly if you stay in 4th like us. It is loads of stairs.
So I don't recommend if you have any difficulty with this.
Or you are planning to bring loads of bags.
