Great Spot for a family vacation
Pros:

We had a great stay, breakfast was good, rooms were clean and comfortable.
The views are amazing and the pool area is great for relaxing.

Cons:

Pool area needs more/enough cushions. Children's play area needs a revamp and more activities.

Pros:

The location is perfect from where I was working. The hotel always feels super good to stay in, its clean and beautiful

Cons:

Unlike my previous visit I arrived a bit early for work and was asked to pay a fee for early check, a little unexpected especially because the room was already ready.

Pros:

Ambiance, the staff is like family & go out of their way to.make sure you're very well taken care of.Big thank you to Anna,Tshidi, Arthur, Ernest,in fact all the staff that was on duty. We keep coming back because,it's our home away from hom with a spectacular view.

Cons:

The 1st room we were booked in,leaked from the air-conditioning&made alot of noise. We were moved to another room,but in all honesty, it wasn't an inconvenience
