Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay und waren rundum zufrieden!

Eine besonders schöne Überraschung war, dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade für unser gebuchtes Zimmer bekommen haben – mit einem sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Das hat uns wirklich sehr gefreut und unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel und das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Die direkte Lage am Meer, der schöne Strand und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Tha location, the sea, the pool, the food, the drinks

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the corridors leading to the rooms and the elevator, in the hotel lobby and also in the restaurant. It was not enough. I had to call reception to have my room cleaned during my stay there. One of the cleaners told me verbatim, "Excuse me, the hotel is full, more than we can handle."
Also the drinks cups were very small, i had to refill each time

Excellente nourriture, variée, fraîche, savoureuse.

Cons:

Ménage très mal fait dans les chambres, les espaces communs :des déchets qui restent dans l'herbe pendant des jours autour de la piscine, des mouches écrasées sur les vitres au ras des tables...
Manque de points d'ombres.
Tout est serré, transats collés les uns aux autres.
Manque de desserts tunisiens. Trop de desserts plein de crèmes et pour clientèle anglo-saxonne.

Sauberkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit vom Personal, sehr gut war die Trennung von Erwachsenenpool und Kinderpool.Animateure nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen war hochwertig und sehr abwechslungsreich, sehr schönes Ambiente beim Essen draußen.

Hotel très bien entretenu et parfaitement organisé
Service professionel et rapide
Du portail, la réception, le nottoyage chambre, l'animation, à la restauration tout était parfait
Spécial merci à Fatiha chargée de menage des chambres 2eme étage pour son travail bien soigné et son énegergie positive et sourire et aussi à Maya de l'équipe animation qui m'a appris la Pétonque et a fait un excellent spectacle.

Excellent séjour, relaxant qui donne envie de revenir.
Pros:

La restauration. La qualité de services. L'excellence opérationnelle.
La confort des chambres.
La salle de sport est très bien par contre il faut que l'espace soit prêt toute la journée de 7h00 à 22h00.
La piscine a eau de mer est excellente.
L'animation peut être de meilleure qualité.

L'animation du soir. Les boissons offertes le soir.
