Pros:

I thought the staff was wonderful and the property looks really nice outside

Cons:

The bathroom we had I thought was a little grungy, but the rest of it was really nice

Don't stay here unless your okay with dirty rooms.

It was close to shops

Cons:

Room was dirty,hard bed and staff didn't seemnto help with checking out or the booking issues when wanting to leave. Hole on the wall by the a/c on both sides and tape around the AC falling off. Microwave didn't work.bathtub and orange grime.

Girls trip success
Pros:

It was close to everything we needed. The water slide and jacuzzi were awesome too and the AC worked wonderfully.

Beds were comfortable, seemed clean, but wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Chicken chef only had 1 meal there, eat out at least once a week for years, by far the worst we’ve ever had!

Cons:

The AC/Heat unit needs to be fixed, kept going on all night long only off 10 seconds, not working properly! Sink outside bathroom very inconvenient. No fans, son needed one, got a hazard no front cover one. No proper outlets to charge electronics. Free wifi def didnt apply to getting ANY tv other than sports or 1-3 channels no one would watch, that was super disappointing! Pool so small sons get sore, couldnt swim. Meant only for tiny kids!

Pros:

Love they double on double bunk beds and the renovations are making it look very good

Cons:

I had specifically messaged asking hhat pool and hottub were working they said yes but again it wasn't on our stay this is the 2nd time this has happened at this.location
