i stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, bad smell come out from the rest room located inside the hotel room. towel inside the hotel room also looks very old. lighting in front of room is very minimum (dark) hence i did not sit in the sitting area in front of the room.

Pros:

Stayed here for a meeting and stayed overnight from October 14-16. The room was quite clean, the meeting room provided was quite good, and the breakfast was in accordance with the portion and menu of a 3-star hotel.

There is no elevator so having to carry luggage to the upper floor was quite difficult.

However, what was most impressive was the unfriendliness of the front desk lady when my room had to be moved to a location quite far away when I asked to be moved. Her reaction was very unpleasant and tends to be bad for the hotel service industry.

Plus, I was reprimanded by an officer when swimming at 7 pm because it was outside guest swimming hours, but at 9:30 pm it turned out there was a couple swimming noisy but no one reprimanded.

If you can choose a hotel to attend an event near Sentul, it is better to find another hotel, and meetings here are also not interesting.

I enjoy it. I accompany my children who train for soccer. It is very close to the soccer field.

The room is big. It has nice swimming pool. It is very close to restaurants and diner. Safe neighbourhood.
