Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in den Lagoon-Zimmern und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel – wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt unserer Assistentin Gecem. Sie war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Mit ihrer herzlichen Art und ihrem hervorragenden Service hat sie unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Auch das Team im Lagoon Restaurant war einfach großartig. Die Kellner waren stets aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt und hervorragend bedient. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Recep, Merve, Elif, Cem und Ilayda – ihr habt mit eurem tollen Service maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub hatten.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht außerdem an den Koch Fatih. Das Essen war jeden Tag ausgezeichnet – abwechslungsreich, frisch und unglaublich lecker. Man hat bei jedem Gericht die Leidenschaft und Qualität gespürt. Vielen Dank, Fatih, für die hervorragenden kulinarischen Erlebnisse!

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen mit großer Freude wieder.

I will do it again not with family only but with friends.

overall the experience is amazing. the food is great, location is perfect, facilities are perfectly designed to meet all ages and are close to each others. however, since i am a frequent traveler, it was the first time that i see such a customer experience represented by Ceylin, Emir, and Taha. these guys made my stay extremely easy. their attitude, quick response, professionalism, and out of the box solutions they come up with and willing to do the extra mile for their guests was something i never seen in other hotels. they are a true asset for their business owners.

Cons:

the room service did not clean the room as per expectations. they need to be told what to do.

Our stay was absolutely phenomenal, starting with a wonderful upgrade to a Luxury Lagoon Suite.
The resort has everything you need for a perfect vacation: a pristine beach, excellent breakfasts, and fantastic water sports (the jet ski and water car sessions with aerial video shooting were a highlight!). The pools and water slides are great for all ages. Families will love the kids' club with its rides, masterclasses, and amazing animators. For relaxation, there are plenty of open lounge zones with great shisha. Plus, The Land of Legends park is just a 5-minute drive away, so we visited it multiple times.
A special, huge thank you to the Guest Experience team—Anna, Dana, Elizaveta, and Metin. They were available 24/7, constantly checking in on us, and handling any requests instantly.
Perfect weather, flawless service, and amazing memories. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die WhatsApp-Gruppe, über die wir jederzeit schnell Hilfe und Unterstützung erhalten haben. Alle Wünsche und Anliegen wurden umgehend erfüllt.

Die gesamte Anlage sowie die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Çağla, Geçem und Yunus. Sie waren hervorragende Assistenten, immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Durch ihre Unterstützung haben wir uns besonders wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
