The time i had.
Pros:

I had a great time there I was with my mom.They had beach volleyball avaible and so much other activities.The animators were also so nice and I had such fun.The foods were amazing and everything was avaible.I do recommend this hotel.

Amazing holiday, service was first class
Pros:

We were a group of 7 a mix of family and friends. We had the best time, the drinks are premium quality and a great selection of food. The staff all went above and beyond, really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
Lived the entertainment team and the bar staff especially.
The place is immaculate and although this was our first time here, it won’t be the last!!

The initial mistake was compensated nicely
Pros:

I booked my room through a travel agency (Troovel) and there was a miscommunication between the agency and the hotel so when we arrived we were given the wrong room and it was not a good start. But after I raised my concerns they upgraded our room free of charge to a higher category and sent us complimentary gestures. Also, personal assistant support was provided via WhatsApp and we had a positive stay overall. All credit goes to Ceylin and Taha from the Guest Experience team, we really felt special attention for the rest of our stay, thanks to them.

Great 7 night experience full of little memorable surprises!

Where to start...

Everyone at this hotel was welcoming and friendly!

Rooms were clean and had every amenity you could think of. The chambermaids cleaned the rooms whenever you wanted. Never disturbed our sleep.

Entertainment throughout the day and in the evening was great fun.

Murat in the dining room was always at hand to serve us freshly squeezed orange juice! Nothing was too much for him. One of the mangers also got the chef to make my favourite dessert.

On our last day, we were absolutely blown away by Zeynel's cocktails! Wow!

This young man definitely knows what he is doing with alcohol!! Weirdly, he doesn't drink but has an amazing ability to conjour up some of the finest cocktails Ive ever had! What a shame that we leave tomorrow!

Zeynal, you have amazing skills and I hope that you achieve all your dreams! You certainly show that you love your job and creativity!

Golf holiday for 16
Pros:

Came on a golf holiday with 16 of the guys, hotel was great, courses were played were national golf, lykia links and Kaya palazzo. Kaya palazzo golf being the stand out course of the 3.

Hotel staff were great and really helpful and rooms perfect, great food choices and drinks constantly topped up.

Rida was the main man checking how our trip went and made sure we had everything we need!

Would recommend !!
