1. First of all, I want to mention the excellent service, especially I was impressed by the guest relations team - Dana, Elizaveta, Anna and Metin, they were extremely nice and careful and even if one could find some minor negative points about the hotel, this team compensates everything by far. 2. The food was excellent with great variety of different meet, fish and seafood, nice deserts and fresh juice for breakfast, lunch and dinner personally I liked meet from tandyr the most (of course, you shouldn't expect Michelin level from the all inclusive restaurant but there are also a la carte restaurants if you wish to try something else but that wasn't our case). Also I liked the idea of a separate 16+ zone in the main restaurant. 3. The beach was clean with sufficient amount of sunbeds and comfortable sandy entrance into the sea. There are also a number of swimming pools including one with sea water but we prefer swimming in the sea. Overall I can recommend this hotel to everybody

Essen im Hauptrestaurant war gut und es gab viel Auswahl. A la Carte überteuert!

Cons:

Am Strand war ein zu grosser Bereich als VIP reserviert währenddessen der „normale“ Bereich zu knapp für die Gäste war und somit nicht genügend Liegen für die Gäste waren. Man zahlt wie für Business Class und das Gefühl, das man kriegt ist „Economy class“, alles andere kostet extra wie bei den billig Airlines… Dabei das Hotel ja nicht gerade billig ist. 2 Stege am Strand sind für VIP reserviert und stehen leer, der Bereich zum Schwimmen dadurch noch kleiner geworden. Es waren Eisverpackungen, Servietten etc im Meer welche aus den Stegen runtergefallen waren. Das Publikum am Hauptpool liess zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmer (Villa mit Poolzugang!) waren sehr klein, Pools nicht geputzt, viel zu wenig Platz für Kleidung. Snacks beim Pool zu wenig, für Gözleme musste man 10 Minuten warten da sie nicht wirklich motiviert war. Die Bilder vom Fitnessstudio waren verfälscht und in echt sehr klein und alt! Cocktails fast ohne Alkohol und halb voll, Wein und Prosecco ungeniessbar! All in all sehr enttäuschend für uns. Ich habe mir viel mehr erwartet für diesen Preis.

Моей доченьке понравилось кататься на лошадке, аквагрим. Говорит что ей все там понравилось. Хорошие водные горки, она на них каталась, очень классно. Аниматоры были хорошие, доьрые. Все все понравилось, говорит.

Неоправданные надежды
Pros:

- Номер. Большой, хоть и уставший. Высокие потолки, в номере не душно и комфортно
- Местоположение. Land of legends в 20 минутах ходьбы, можно сходить на вечернее шоу, на шопинг, да и просто прогуляться
- Безлимитное мороженое магнум
- Хорошая, хоть и переполненная детская комната
- Приятная музыка вечером
- Персональные менеджеры молодцы, помогли решить все вопросы

Cons:

- Отель уставший. Лифты снаружи симпатичные, а когда едешь - становится не по себе из-за посторонних звуков
- Пляж большой и удобный, но все матрасы грязные. Да, их протирают, но это им не помогает)
- Еда. Выбор огромный, но вкусных позиций мало. Напитки ждать можно очень долго, нет влажных салфеток, да и в целом грязно.
- За 5 дней, в номере убрали 1 раз и то по требованию через персональных менеджеров

We had an amazing stay at the Kaya Palazzo! The room was lovely and we had an amazing view, we also loved the main buffet restaurant, there was such a good variety of food every night! Also the pool and beach areas were great! The service from the staff was exceptional, especially from our guest services team Emir and Taha :) they made our stay very easy and comfortable!
