Harika olanaklar ve güler yüzlü personel, ancak operasyonel aksaklıklar ve servis hızında standart eksiklikleri var.
Pros:

Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort'ta Luxury Lagoon Suite oda tipinde konakladık. Otelin genel olanaklarına, yemeklerine, odanın düzenine ve kalitesine diyecek hiçbir şeyimiz yok; her şey gerçekten çok iyiydi. Ayrıca sağlanan erken giriş (early check-in) ve geç çıkış (late check-out) imkanları için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim, bu bizim için büyük bir kolaylık oldu. Tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ufak tefek aksaklıklar olmasına rağmen, otel yönetimi ve personel gönül almasını, ilgilenmesini ve misafiri memnun etmesini kesinlikle biliyor.
Olumlu Yönler:
**Lagoon Restoran: Yemekler harika! Özellikle çalışanların her birine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. İlgileri ve alakaları için Ramazan isimli iki arkadaşa, Arda’ya ve isimlerini hatırlayamadığım diğer tüm ekibe şükran borçluyuz.
**Personel İletişimi: Sahilde çalışan Ramazan abiye, animatör Emirhan’a ve çıkış yaptıktan sonra arayan Metin Bey’e özel olarak teşekkür ederiz. Hepsi çok ilgiliydi.
**Guest Assistance: WhatsApp üzerinden bir grup kurarak bizlere yardımcı olmaya çalışan asistanlar ellerinden geleni yaptılar, onlara da ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Geliştirilmesi Gereken Yönler (Eksiler):
**Oda Servisi ve Takip: WhatsApp asistanları ellerinden geleni yapsalar da, odaya rica ettiğim yiyecek ve içeceklerin arka planda takibinin yapıldığını düşünmüyorum. Yapılıyorsa bile oda servisinin çok yavaş olduğunu belirtmem gerekir; bütün isteklerimiz yaklaşık 1 saat sürdü ve her seferinde 2-3 kez hatırlatmak zorunda kaldık.
**Temizlik ve Standartsızlık: Oda temizliği ve servislerinde bir standartsızlık mevcut; biten kahve ve çaylar yenilenmiyor, plaj havlusu odada bırakılmamış oluyor ve turndown servisi maalesef hiç yapılmıyor. Bunları her seferinde tekrar belirtmek zorunda kalmak yorucuydu.
**Personel Sorumluluğu: Genel olarak bir şey geç geldiğinde çalışanların hepsi sorumluluğu başkasına atma eğiliminde ("Ben söyledim, birçok kez ilettim, sistemde bozukluk var" vb.). Misafirin kimin söylediğiyle değil, siparişin zamanında gelmesiyle ilgilendiği unutulmamalı.
**Çıkış (Checkout) ve Aktivite Duyuruları: Gün içi etkinliklerin duyurulması çok zayıftı. Ayrıca çıkış kısmında sadece WhatsApp mesajı ile uğurlanmak pek şık olmadı; bellboy bile gönderilmedi. "Mesajı attım, görevimi yaptım" yaklaşımı lüks bir otele yakışmıyor.

The hotel is extremely comfortable and very clean. The staff are always friendly, professional, and ready to help at any time. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome and relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality holiday.Thanks Aycan and Emir from guest relations special service. Bartender Said is phenomenal. It’s a pleasure to watch him make cocktails because you can see he truly enjoys his job. Professional, friendly, and passionate about what he does.

We are planning to return to this hotel again.
Pros:

Everything has been excellent. From entrance to all facilities you surrounded with wonderful people. Assistance team which a-signed by hotel management doing excellent job, day and night first hand help and communicated all the time.

Vi er strålende fornøyd med oppholdet vårt.
Pros:

Alt fra velkomsten, gjennom hele oppholdet og den siste dagen vi ble tatt god være på. Bra kommunikasjon med personalet, veldig hyggelige og høflige. Vi har kost oss masse, spist alt for mye god mat, har gjort forskjellige aktiviteter. Det er den 3. gangen vi reiste til dette hotellet og vi kommer tilbake. Super fornøyd med Lagoon rommet vårt, anbefales.

Det var noe dårlig wi-fi noen steder.

More than what we expect.

We loved our stay in the Lagoon area and would return for the Lagoon experience.
Pros:

We stayed in the Lagoon area and absolutely loved it. The Lagoon pool was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. We enjoyed the Lagoon restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Another big advantage was the separate beach area and private terrace for Lagoon guests, which made the experience feel much more comfortable and exclusive. For us, the Lagoon area was definitely the best part of the resort.

Cons:

We were not as impressed with the main hotel. It felt much busier and the overall atmosphere was not at the same level as the Lagoon area. The water park was also very small, especially for a family resort, and we expected more slides and activities for children. Overall, we definitely preferred spending our time in the Lagoon area.

Cons:

Нельзя было на вечер пригласить гостей в отель ( максимум в лобби на 30 минут).
А за посещение общего ресторана ( на 1 вечер!!) 300€ с человека.
Жесть. Очень огорчили эти требования/ правила.
