Perfect location
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The lack of english knowledge sometimes makes communication difficult.
My room was situated in the gallery so there was no point of openning the window ( no fresh air)

Lovely little hotel in a perfect location.

Cons:

Whatever you do, don't leave anything behind.
I left my favourite shirt in our room on check out.
They ignored almost all of my pleading emails fron overseas trying to locate it until too late (I had a family member in Brussels willing to collect it personally, but the hotel failed to respond until after they had left Brussels) then told me they couldn't find it.
Right or wrong, I got the distinct impression they just didn't care

Very good location
Pros:

The location is perfect to arrive at the main attractions.

Cons:

One night my wife couldn't sleep because there was some music coming from a close building.
The shower was not possible to close totally and water was leaking outside (room 224).

il sonno è stato disturbato per 2 notti di seguito dal rumore di topi (o altro animale) dietro il battiscopa della camera, nelle vicinanze del letto. Trovo inaccettabile e non tornerò più in questa struttura, nè la consiglierò ad altri

Zeer frisse kamer in hotel en ideale ligging. Het appartement was wel zeer warm, maar de temperatuur buiten was ook uitzonderlijk warm. Top ligging.

Characterful Hotel in an excellent, central location
Pros:

Excellent central location. Lovely 4th floor room which was quiet given the location. Friendly staff. I enjoyed the continental type breakfast.

Cons:

The only lift was not working some of the time
Walking up the narrow 'back: stairs to the 4th floor was not great.
The wash basin was blocked when I first arrived.

La cama comodisima y la ubicación privilegiada, nuy centrico. Desayuno muy rico

Los recepcionistas tienen pocas ganas de trabajar...
En la habitación había aire acondicionado pero no funcionaba y justo hizo unos días de mucho calor...
El suelo al ser de madera crujía mucho

Really nice hotel with large comfortable rooms in a great location and near lots of restaurants
Pros:

We had a Queen room and it was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a large soaker bath as well as a separate shower. The air-conditioning was very good and the blackout shutters kept all the light out at night.

It was only a short walk from the station and centrally located over a famous set of shopping galleries and with dozens of restaurants and cafe's around it.

Cons:

The shower door leaked water over the bathroom floor and nothing we did would stop it. Only a minor problem but a nuisance.

Best location hotel in the middle of the city.
Pros:

The breakfast was good enough with some fruits.
The location was the best.

Cons:

The floor was creaking and noisy to walk on.
The shower was strong but less streams of water.
The bathroom has seperate toilet so it was a little inconvenient to use.

Meget god beliggenhed, men lidt overrated i forhold til hvad man får for pengene.

Beliggenheden er exceptionel god og morgenmadsbuffeten er god.

Cons:

Der var problemer med el installationerne. En dag måtte vi tage trappen, fordi elevatoren ikke virkede pga problemer med el, og trappen ligger i naboforretningen. Vi måtte selv finde ud af, hvor flugtvejen/trappen lå, og der var ingen skilt på elevatoren. Receptionen var bemandet med en meget ung mand som ikke vidste noget.
Vores adgangskort var i første omgang ikke blevet autoriseret til at bruge elevatoren, så vi stod “på” når der kom andre gæster ned med den.
Lyset tændte og slukkede af sig selv på vores værelse.
