Pros:

Hotel muy céntrico, las habitaciones amplias, así como el baño. El personal amable y atento.

Cons:

Se agradecería que los baños contarán con algún producto más de aseo. Solo hay champú/gel.

more a 3stars hotel than 4stars, with great great location in the city

location, location and location

Cons:

I booked duplex room for first time and was not very nice, in this case with narrow stairs.
there is not 24/7 reception staff, lobby hall doesn’t exit and breakfast buffet is very basic (additionally seems this breakfast space uses space of an Italian restaurant that I saw during night walks)
