Gezellige en comfortabele kamer in hartje Brussel. Erg lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Verrassend rustig zo midden in het centrum.

La habitación era en dos plantas, espaciosa dentro de todo, si bien el mobiliario no era muy wow.
La recepción era muy pequeña, bien de paso. No había lugares para sentarse y pasar un lindo momento.
En cuanto al desayuno, entendimos que era hasta las 11, pero era hasta las 10:30, llegamos 10:15 y la mujer que estaba allí no le agradó nuestra llegada. Nos servimos algo de lo que quedaba, estuvo bien dentro de todo, aunque la leche estaba tibia y el café con leche quedó algo fresco, pedí si podía calentar y me dijo que no, que ya había apagado la máquina 🤷🏻♀️, bueno, tome frío mi café. Sería bueno que en atención al público tengan más amabilidad 🙏
We booked Hotel des Galeries at the last minute after our original accommodation let us down and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Brussels and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and full of character. It completely turned our weekend around and we’re so grateful we found it.
Honestly, nothing. We couldn’t fault our stay. Everything from the room and service to the location exceeded our expectations.

Un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre aurait été apprécié.
La camera molto bella e spaziosa, sia il bagno che la camera in sè. La posizione perfetta, proprio in centro e in pratica dentro la galerie de la reine.
L’ingresso dell’hotel non era molto chiaro perché la porta era pesante e quindi sembrava non si aprisse. Ho risolto poi scrivendo alla struttura che poi mi ha dato le istruzioni per accedere. Sarebbe anche da aggiungere l’inglese nelle scritte che compaiono nel citofono per permettere a chi soggiorna ed è straniero una comprensione più immediata.
