Cool place to stay near Ximending!
Pros:

I rate it 9/10! It was a cute and cozy place to stay near the Ximending area.

Just a 5-minute walk to Ximending and The Red House. We were also able to book an Uber easily coz the pinned location is accurate. Cool design, comfy beds, an interesting selection of snacks and drinks in the 2nd floor, and we even used the laundry room as much as we needed. I really loved the aesthetic of the place! The staff were also great — they speak and understand english well, thoughtful and accommodating to our needs. There’s a family mart and a Starbucks nearby. Lots of restaurants and interesting food to try along the street.

Definitely worth it to walk around the area!

Cons:

We got 5 different rooms without windows. One out of the 5 rooms had a moldy smell (especially when we set the room temp a bit higher). All the other rooms were fine.

The bathroom was spacious and very clean, but there was no bidet. We wished there was a bidet: just a personal preference for us though!

Excellent place for a family
Pros:

Staff & amenities are excellent.
The hotel provided us from the airport,the north coast & to the airport for our 6 day stay In Taiwan with no hassle, free drinks ,snacks & laundry was a big help for us family.

They know how to treat their guests
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to a night market and to the metro station which is at the entrance of the walking street market . Very nice room . I was shocked at all the free snacks as d drinks available to the guests every day of their stay . There are plenty of restaurants all over .

Totally pleased and will come back definitely.
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They did help me to find the stuff i drop at shifen waterfall. I appreciate this a lot. The mini bar is amazing with cozy and retro decoration and full of snack and drink.

Cons:

The room is quite small but it is accepted with me.
