Top Aufenthalt über Ascona
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und hatte eine Atemberaubende Aussicht. Das Bad war modern und schön. Auch das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich (immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen). Pool war auch ein grossartiges Erlebnis (Sauber, ruhig und eine Aussicht die zum puren entspannen eingeladen hat). Das Restaurant auf dem Dach können wir auch empfehlen. Super lecker (aber Achtung, haute Cousine price und sice. Aber aufgrund der Qualität ist der Preis gerechtfertigt). Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt überaus genossen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen... Besten Dank ans ganze Team, welches unseren Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Urlaub gemacht hat.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt ist an manchen Stellen etwas "Halsbrecherisch", dafür verirrt sich wohl niemand ungebetenes und man hat an diesem schönen Flecken im Tessin ungestörte Ruhe welche zum entspannen einlädt.

Beautiful resort with great staff but outdated rooms
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings - great view and terasse.
The staff was really fantastic. Friendly, multilingual, always smiling.

Cons:

The room was really outdated, so was the bathroom. The ac was just a small ac, very noisy and not really helping. Felt like we got one of the older / not refurbished rooms? But still paid the high price !

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Hotel ist in einer Top Lage!!! Frühstück, sehr sehr gut, top Qualität.

Cons:

Schlüssel im Hotel-Zimmer ist nicht mehr der Zeit entsprechend. Evt. könnten einfachere Speisen beim Nachtessen noch angeboten werden.

Netter Ort für Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Das Resort ist hübsch angelegt und das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anreise ist etwas beschwerlich. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war für drei Personen und war so klein und eng. Wir hatten nur Handgepäck mit, da wir nur drei Tage dort waren, viel länger hätten wir es im Zimmer auch nicht ausgehalten. Es waren kaum Ablageflächen und zum Duschen musste man in der Badewanne stehen.

Cons:

Sehr alte Infrastruktur, insbesondere die Badezimmer, teilweise Teppiche in den Zimmern. Das Haus sollte unbedingt im allgemeinen renoviert werden.

Alles in allem war es sehr schön
Pros:

Super Lage mit unheimlicher Aussicht

Cons:

Ausgelutschte Matten für die Liegestühle, alte, teilweise verklemmte Sonnenschirmständer, was bei Wind sehr gefährlich war, da ganze Schirme weggeflogen sind.
Portwein in der Bar war unbefriedigend, vielleicht gibt es beim nächsten Mal etwas besseres!
