Für uns ist es das schönste Hotel im Tessin 🤩.
Pros:

Wir sind seit Jahren hier Gast. Die unbeschreibliche Aussicht, die sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter/innen und das grosszügige Frühstücksbuffet sind top. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Wir lieben es.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was wir nicht mögen im Casa Berno.

Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und das Frühstück war hervorragend. Der Blick auf den See ist wirklich wunderschön.

Pros:

Situation au calme en hauteur. Très bon accueil sympathique et tout le personnel très aimable et efficace. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, bonne literie. Hôtel très propre. Belle vue depuis le restaurant. Très bons produits de qualité au petit déjeuner, oeufs inclus à la demande. Dîner de qualité également (restaurant Settimocielo Bistro). Parking gratuit très appréciable (places disponibles (retour avant 18h en mai en ce qui nous concerne). Un bilan général très positif.

Cons:

Des détails : Isolé donc restauration limitée et tarifs élevés au restaurant Settimocielo de l’hôtel toutefois conformes aux tarifs suisses du secteur. Pas de bouilloire ni de cafetière dans la chambre. Insonorisation intérieure moyenne (nous avons donc apprécié d’avoir obtenu une chambre au calme comme demandée). Un « appareil de climatisation » très très bruyant inutilisable la nuit, nous avons opté pour fenêtre ouverte, en mai pas de problème). Mais surtout la salle de bains (beige) d’une autre époque (bien que très propre). L’ensemble du séjour reste toutefois très satisfaisant, le reste étant parfait par ailleurs.

Amazing. You cannot fault the views, or the staff or cleanliness of this hotel.
Pros:

Stunning location up on the hillside. Fabulous views. Swimming pool with jacuzzi jets is wonderful. Sauna has full glass panoramic windows. Lovely addition of spa area and quiet room.
Great transfers to Ascona.

Cons:

Beds seem to be all singles put together. Would have preferred a double bed.
Lighting in restaurant for eve dinner is too bright. Because of this there was no ambience or softness to the restaurant in the evening.

Schöne Aussicht, hatte alles, was es braucht.

Cons:

Zimmer rochen nach Altersheim und hatte auch den Stil eines Alterszentrums. Nicht schlimm, aber doch auffallend.
