Ugh, this hotel it’s a waste of
Pros:

I liked the location and people who worked there.

Cons:

The room was too warm, the bed pillows way overstuffed to be comfortable for sleeping. All the lampshades in the room were torn and the window was really dirty. There is a nightclub nearby which blasts music until after 3h00 which makes it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is available from 7h00 to 10h00 but they were almost out of food by 9h00 and they didn’t refill them. Every time you leave the hotel to go out, you have to give your room key back to the receptionist who holds it for you.

Das Hotel wird völlig überteuert angeboten
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Fußgängerzone ist angenehm, um die Stadt zu erkunden

Cons:

Die Einzelbetten sind enorm schmal, das gebuchte „Superior Doppelzimmer“ klein. Das Frühstück war lieblos und enorm wenig Platz im Frühstücksraum.

Mauvaise expérience

La situation géographique parfaite : plein centre et métro à 2 minutes à pieds

Cons:

L’hôtel a besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement, à l’heure actuelle il ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles.
La porte de la douche ne ferme pas, les serviettes sont petites et rêches, pas de prise pour la brosse à dents près du lavabo, pratiquement pas d’insonorisation (on entend le voisin), rideau déchiré, vitres très sales, portes coulissantes très difficiles à ouvrir, chaleur étouffante dans le hall et la salle de petit-déjeuner qui est beaucoup trop petite.
De plus, le ménage n’a pas été fait de tout le séjour (3 nuits) et on apprend en partant qu’il fallait mettre une pancarte demandant à ce qu’il soit fait.
Enfin un soir j’ai été coincée 1/4h dehors devant la porte principale car la personne d’accueil n’était pas là, avait verrouillée la porte et ne répondait pas au téléphone.

Pros:

-Je tiens à remercier les trois jeunes femmes de la réception qui ont été extrêmement serviables et efficaces, toujours prêtes à aider avec le sourire. Elles étaient bilingues (français/anglais), ce qui était très appréciable.
-Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Lit confortable.

Cons:

J'ai passé une journée à l'hôtel pendant la canicule. À mon arrivée, l'hôtel était en travaux sur le réseau électrique, et les ascenseurs étaient donc hors service pendant quelques heures. Ce qui n'était pas idéal quand il faisait 34 °C. De plus, ma chambre était au 6e étage. Heureusement, l'électricité a été rétablie en deux ou trois heures.
