Location in old town and near metro good

Cons:

Paid extra for Breakfast - no hot food half way through time. 5th floor but limited lift even before power outages over several hours. No lift outgoing. Staff tried hard but had too much to do with breakfast, checkout and helping older guests with bags.

Hôtel très bien situé au coeur de Rennes non loin de Sainte Anne et du métro.
Le personnel est accueillant.

Cons:

La chambre donnait côté place des Lices et c'est très animé le soir et surtout la nuit... La chambre aurait besoin d'être mieux isolée au niveau des ouvertures.

Stressful
Pros:

The room was acceptable nothing more, nothing less. Small and but acceptable. The location was great albeit hindered by the marathon going on the same day that I was there.

Cons:

They were really funny about payment. They told me that the money I had paid on booking was fictive and they didn’t have it so they needed to charge me again. I couldn’t because they only accepted physical cards. They said that they would have to cancel my room that I had pre booked. Because I had no other choice, I paid them using the card on booking and asked for a refund on booking. That wasn’t the end of it either. When they charged me the first time they accidentally took off the city tax valuing about two euros off the price of the room. So I paid the city tax which is fine but the next morning they made me pay the city tax again. I think they are extremely dodgy financially and whilst the front desk guy was trying his best to be nice I can’t help but feel hard done by.

Het was heel proper

Cons:

Er was geen plaats om te zitten tijdens het ontbijt, dus heb in de lobby moeten zitten. Daarnaast was er ook geen ei of spek meer, het brood dat ze aanboden was nog bevroren vanbinnen en het koffiemachine was kapot.
