As portas não possuem boa vedação, e como todos os quartos dispõe de campainha, quando tocada acorda todo o corredor, quando estávamos lá, chegaram hospedes de madrugada tocando essa campainha 5h da manhã acordando a todos! Péssima ideia colocar campainha em quarto de hotel! Os travesseiros do hotel são horrorosos. A experiência no hotel foi decepcionante.

As instalações são antigas, poderiam ser melhores pelo valor pago - não compensa em custo/benefício.
Tivemos um vazamento no banheiro. Verificamos numa noite quando retornamos ao hotel, e, após informar a recepção, nós mesmos tivemos que descer para buscar toalhas, porque não havia equipe disponível para atendimento. No dia seguinte, supostamente corrigiram o vazamento. Porém, ao chegarmos à noite, novamente o banheiro estava molhado/sujo - só aí encaminharam profissional para avaliar, que disse ser apenas vazamento do box (mas visivelmente não era uma água limpa) e que para corrigir seria necessário não usar banheiro/chuveiro. Só depois mandaram mensagem oferecendo troca de quarto, que não fizemos pois já íamos embora na manhã seguinte e já era tarde. Um absurdo o descaso.
