Pros:

Eu gostei do atendimento que é nota mil , pessoas muito gentis e prestativas, ambiente cheiroso e aconchegante... limpeza é eficiente e o café é bem variado. A vista do meu quarto era incrível.

Cons:

Nao gostei de algumas coisas mo quarto como tv que nao funcionava e o banheiro com manchas de mofo pelo teto e paredes, e o banheiro tao pequeno que a porta abre pela metade

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en el Hotel Laghetto Viale. Desde la llegada, todo estuvo muy bien organizado y el personal fue muy amable y atento. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y muy agradable. La ubicación también es excelente para disfrutar de Gramado. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy bonita y esperamos volver pronto.

Cons:

No tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estadía. Todo estuvo dentro de nuestras expectativas y quedamos muy satisfechos con la experiencia.

Estadia muito prazerosa com a família.
Pros:

O quarto é bem espaçoso. Tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo. Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos.

Cons:

O café é bem variado. Somente os sucos disponíveis no Buffet que estavam muito saboroso. Tinham consistência de refresco.
