Disappointed- especially with air conditioning not working when it was really needed.
Pros:

Very clean- bed very comfortable

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work in the room. Wi fi couldn’t connect to. Charged 25 euros for our well behaved dog which is excessive compared to other hotels. Car park system getting in and out was over complicated.

Locatie-perfect als tussenstop. Op wandelafstand van het centrum
Goede douche & airco
Modern en netjes, maar kamers kunnen eens opfrisbeurt gebruiken.

la vue de la salle à manger au 13° étage
l'emplacement dans la ville : proche de ce qui nous a semblé être un quartier de milanais (par opposition aux touristes), tout en restant à une bonne distance à pieds du Duomo

Cons:

l'amabilité du personnel, qui par exemple ne vous laisse à peine passer pour sortir de l'ascenseur. En revanche le personnel de la salle du petit déjeuner était top.
le parking public pas tout près et très plein, alors que j'avais filtré sur les hotels avec parking

Modern, efficient and close to station
Pros:

Could not be more convenient for railway station and historic Parma. Clean and easy. Decent if busy breakfast

What do we want? In-room tea and coffee-making facilities?
When do we want them? When we book a 4 star hotel.

Ampia camera e pulizia

Cons:

Quando stavo per lasciare l’albergo, ho chiesto alla reception una busta di ghiaccio. La risposta è stata: Non è possibile, la cucina è chiusa!

Viaggio spesso in macchina per lavoro e questa è stata la prima volta che una richiesta del genere mi è stata rifiutata, tra tutti gli alberghi in cui ho soggiornato. Ho trovato questo comportamento poco accogliente.

Prima locatie om Parma te ontdekken en bij te trekken voor een doorreis
Pros:

Kamer en voorzieningen op de kamer waren comfortabel

Cons:

Veel herrie buiten. Door locatie bij het station waren er wat verslaafden en daklozen die je op de weg binnenstad en hotel tegen komt. Zij bedelen en roepen je na.

Hotel di livello ma migliorabile su pulizia e comfort camera
Pros:

Staff molto cortese e simpatico. Stanza grande e letto super comodo bigsize ma un po’ di polvere in giro e lavabo molto scomodo. ColaIone molto fornita e varia.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera è il fatto che la stanza non aveva una base usb per caricare il telefono.
