Very good for a decent price
Pros:

Very clean rooms. A small but clean and decently equipped gym is present. Hotel feels very luxurious. Personnel is very friendly.

Cons:

The location isn’t very great, Parma station isn’t very safe at night. The bar is expensive.

Excellent hotel by Parma central station
Pros:

Great spot for our long weekend trip which combined sightseeing in the historic city center, a short walk away, and a rugby match at the stadium, which was also walking distance. The rooms were comfortable, as were the beds, and while not large, the room had enough space for us as a couple. The gym was fairly well-equipped and had plenty of free weights, though not a lot of cardio machines.

Cons:

The only negative was the breakfast, which in my opinion had the potential to be excellent, but didn't quite make the mark. The cold food (cheese, meat, fruit, yogurt, etc.) was pretty good, but the warm offerings were meh (sometimes not warm at all, and very watery scrambled eggs a couple mornings). One morning I came 40 min before breakfast ended and a lot of the items i wanted were gone and not replenished.

Pros:

Camera molto bella, grande e pulita. Esattamente accanto alla stazione quindi molto comodo per chi arriva in treno. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in centro

Comfortabele overnachting!
Pros:

Goede ontvangst, behulpzame receptioniste die ook aandacht aan onze dochter gaf. Ook een prima restaurant in het hotel om bij late aankomst (zoals wij) een degelijke hap te nemen en een bar om ook later op de avond een afzakkertje te nemen. Ook aardige bediening overigens. En een fijne ruime kamer van 29m3 die overeenkwam met de beschrijving (wat niet altijd vanzelfsprekend is). Natuurlijk zelfvoor gekozen (Junior Suite), maar toch. Ook schoon en proper, mag je verwachten van NH, maar toch fijn. Goed ontbijt. Oftewel: Goed Hotel!

Cons:

Geen zaken om dit hotel over te slaan. Paar details: Airco is niet zelf in te stellen, kan receptie wel voor je doen / Van het uitzicht moet je het niet hebben, maar voor ons niet erg belangrijk. Waren op doorreis. / Prijs ietwat aan de hoge kant (tegen de €250) voor een doordeweekse maandag in het naseizoen eind sept + Parkeren €18 per dag, tegenwoordig vrij standaard om bij te betalen en je weet het natuurlijk vooraf

Excellent stay, highly recommended
Pros:

Location from train station excellent, and walking distance to town. Spacious rooms
Loved the juice and biscuit available each afternoon in the entrance.
Staff so very helpful, booked our restaurant, and were great with directions.

Una grossa delusione
Pros:

Poco a dire il vero

Cons:

Molte cose.
1. All'arrivo non trovavano la prenotazione nonostante mi avessero inviato tre mail di conferma
2. La camera non era pronta, e questo ci stava non essendo ancora le 15, ma pretendevano il pagamento immediato senza neppure considerare che la prenotazione non era cancellabile e di fatto il pagamento era già avvenuto
3. L'ingresso del garage era praticamente di fronte, ma l'addetta ha iniziato una spiegazione complicata con anche foto, come se fossi incapace di capire che bastava facessi il giro visto che la strada era a senso unico
4. Per farsi aprire il garage si doveva suonare un campanello all'ingresso del garage stesso, e dalla reception avrebbero provveduto. Purtroppo nessuna risposta all'azionamento del campanello stesso. Dopo varie telefonate, ho lasciato la macchina davanti alla sbarra e sono andato alla reception. L'addetta, seccata dal dover lasciare momentaneamente la postazione, é uscita ed ha aperto con il telecomando senza aspettare che fossi almeno vicino all'auto. Naturalmente la sbarra si é alzata e riabbassata! Nuova telefonata e questa volta sono riuscito ad imboccare la rampa, bloccandomi però davanti alla serranda basculante chiusa. Ulteriori telefonate e un addetto é venuto ad aprire, scortese nel precisare, sbagliando, che avevo aspettato troppo ad entrare.
5. Il bar non apre fino alle 18 e per un caffè il suggerimento era di andare al bar della vicina stazione ferroviaria
6. Non credo proprio che sia di responsabilità dell'hotel ma purtroppo l'ambiente, complice la stazione non è il massimo. Per fare un esempio, proprio di fronte all'ingresso c'è un *prato" rinsecchito e pieno di escrementi di cane
