Fair for a last minute long weekend stay, but overpriced for the room price

I stayed at Fenix Inn for a last minute booking during a long weekend. The price was quite fair considering the high demand during that period.

However, based on the room size, facilities, and overall cleanliness, I feel the cost could have been lower. The room was quite basic and did not fully match the price paid. Some areas could also be improved to provide a better guest experience.

That said, the location is convenient and may still be suitable for short stays, especially if you need a place on short notice.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location n the staff was helpful n friendly

Cons:

Booked the same type of room as my previous visit but this time room is completely different. It's smaller n there are marks n stains on the room n toilet floor. Renovations marks n stains not clean thoroughly. Noises from the renovations on the corridors n other rooms can be heard.
