Pros:

En términos generales, me pareció una estancia bastante tranquila, con una ubicación ideal para caminar hacia cualquier parte del centro. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

El hotel bonito y muy bien ubicado pero contrariados con el tema del desayuno tan tarde .
Pros:

El Hotel muy bien ubicado ,las habitaciones limpias . El problema es que el desayuno recién empiezan atender desde las 8:30 am y por orden de llegada . Como te dicen desde las 8 am hay café ,pero el personal recién llega a esa hora. En nuestro caso de las 3 noches, 2 días teníamos tour contratado que empezaban 8 am.
Tuvimos que irnos a un hotel cercano a tomar desayuno y pagar nuevamente. Lamentablemente el Hotel no ha querido devolvernos el pago por el desayuno que contratamos por la página y no lo tomamos.

Cons:

Qué el horario del desayuno sea a partir de las 8:30 am y por orden de llegada. Te sirven al plato. El personal aunque atento ,no todos podían resolver .

A Oaxacan gem with the comforts of home.
Pros:

The breakfast was phenomenal! And the breakfast staff were so accommodating I love that they have water in the hallways and we just refilled our water bottles and did not have to keep on buying water throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful in getting cabs for the airport. The location cannot be beat. Midway between the main church and the mercados and in front is one of the best bars! We were traveling with a small group and we had lots of places to congregate even in the evening.

Great location
Pros:

It kept the theme of the past. Great location. We had the roof top unit and the views were amazing.

Cons:

No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Bringing our luggage up was a challenge. It reminded us of our time in Europe when we had no elevator and had to take our groceries and luggage 3 or 4 flights.

Bueno, pero no vale su cobro

El confort y la limpieza son excepcionales

Cons:

La hora del desayuno, nos fuimos en un tour y ya saben que nos citan muy temprano, pensé que el hotel abría su desayuno a las 7:00 hrs pero fue hasta las 8:30 am, pienso que eso es muy malo.
