Definitely not worth the price
Pros:

Location of the hotel

Cons:

1) only American breakfast included, and you cannot avoid it for less charge. It only includes Americano or tea as drink, so if you want a cappuccino you pay the difference. If you want Mexican breakfast (which costs them the same, probably less, you pay the measley 20 pesos (1£) difference, which I find ridiculous.

2) staff is not helpful: most of them barely speak English, and when asked about suggestions for a quick bite, they did not suggest one of the many local markets but pushed to eat in the hotel or in some restaurants they have partnerships with.

3) rooms are not private: some of them open directly on the breakfast area so you open the door to effectively strangers eating. The room we were in also had zero windows and terrible light.

4) we had no warm water for one full day. Towards the end, I asked the guy in reception to fix it and he went to our room. We came back after 2/3 hours and the guy said to wait 8 minutes for it to be warm. Not only was this bad advice considering the city has an issue with water supply, but also it didn't work and we still had no warm water and had to have a cold shower.

Estaba bien ubicado

Cons:

Solicité una habitación Suite , soy madre con 2 hijos adolescentes.
En todas reservas de hoteles que he hecho hasta entonces con suite era más que suficiente. Al llegar a la habitación, comprobé que camas eran individuales. Para mi hijo adolescente, era muy muy justa, pero podía pasar. Para mí dormir en la cama individual con mi hija adolescente fue incómodo, des confortable, y muy desagradable para poder descansar. Comenté en la recepción, la única solución que me dijeron es coger una habitación muy superior. Con un coste elevado y adicional.
Esta propuesta no fue nada salomónica, ni con ganas de encontrar una solución.!

Para el colmo se me cobró un depósito nada más entrar al establecimiento, para garantizar si hay algún gasto. Se me cobró 100€, o equivalente a pesos. Cobrar un depósito antes de darme un servicio.! Que ni servicio estaba a la altura ni solución que me dieron estaba nada a la altura.
Al marchar me dijeron que ya me procedían a devolver el dispositivo, evidentemente no había gastado nada. Ha pasado 1 semana , y EL DIPOSITO AÚN NO ESTÁ INGRESADO..!! ESCRIBÍ AL ESTABLECIMIENTO, ME COMENTARON QUE REVISARAN QUE HA PASADO.!!

HOTEL ME COSTÓ más de 500€ 3 noches..!

Una experiencia desagradable y un precio que es para un hotel de lujo, pero nos dio sensación de estar en un hostal..!

Pros:

Excelente Ubicación , muy buen servicio del Personal , la habitaciones amplias y muy bien decoradas , Clima funcionaba muy bien , Wifi con buena velocidad, un Balcón grande y funcional. El servicio del Restaurante muy eficiente y comida con muy buena sazón .

Cons:

Las almohadas era una muy suave y otra muy dura, no habia firmes pero no tan duras.

とても満足な滞在でした
Pros:

セントロの中でも中心部に位置していて、観光には抜群に便利です。夜中に歩いても危険は感じませんでした。古い建築物を改装したブティックホテルで、とても良い雰囲気です。スタッフは親切で、朝食は美味しく、部屋は設備は少し古いですが清潔、全体としてとても満足な滞在でした。

駐車場が少し離れていて、雨の日は大変です。
