Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, ein cooles, modernes und nachhaltiges Stadthotel!
Pros:

Sehr nette und lockere Atmosphäre.
Danke für das Entgegenkommen beim Frühstück. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr gute Qualität, toll war auch, dass immer Wasser zur Verfügung stand und man sich sogar für den Hunger zwischendurch versorgen konnte. Tolle Produkte, bequemes Kopfkissen. Alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles sehr nachhaltig und offen für jeden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Da es sehr warm war in Hamburg (wir hatten echt Glück) wäre in unserem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage toll gewesen. Bei üblichen Temperaturen ist das bestimmt zweitrangig. Es hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht getrübt.
Unsere Tochter hat Rühreier vermisst beim Frühstück, aber toll war, dass die gekochten Eier Bio waren!

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals waren superb. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und zum ruhigen Innenhof gelegen.
Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wobei wir auf das Frühstücksangebot verzichtet haben.

Cons:

Der Platz links und rechts vom Bett war so eng, daß wir nicht problemlos ein- und aussteigen konnten (ist aber vlt. auch unserem gehobenerem Alter geschuldet). Kein Schrank, kleine Ablagefläche für die Koffer.

Ótimo custo-benefício
Pros:

Funcionários muito prestativos, simpáticos e atenciosos, quarto confortável, prático e limpo, localização próxima a supermercado muito bom, onde é possível alimentar-se, e não tão longe do centro, aeroporto e porto.

Cons:

Só faltou elevador para facilitar subir com as malas.

Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer super gelaunt!
Frühstück war sehr gut
Gut gelegen in der Nähe von mehreren U- und S-Bahn Stationen

Cons:

Zimmer war grenzwertig klein für drei Personen;
Bei geöffnetem Fenster schon sehr laut
Viele Bettler und Betrunkene zwischen Hotel und Hauptbahnhof

Die Menschen die dort arbeiten waren alle super freundlich!! Da fühlt man sich direkt willkommen :)
