Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Our room on the third floor was spacious and comfortable, there is an elevator, the location is excellent, the host is friendly, there is a large parking area, and the new air conditioning works well.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could be improved. For a seaside property, a drying rack for swimsuits and towels would be very useful. The breakfast quality could be better, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance (painting, removing old air-conditioning units, fresher-smelling textiles) could be improved. It would also be nice to have access to streaming services on the TV.
