When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R$75,00, per pet, per night applies. We accept 02 (two) pet per apartment, small (up to 10 kg, maximum height of 16 in) and trained. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Esse hotel é ótimo para hospedagens a trabalho: quarto funcional, novo, com cama confortável e chuveiro ótimo. É silencioso para dormir e tem um café da manhã elaborado pela equipe do hotel com muitos pães, bolos, etc. Além disso, o hotel possui uma lojinha com artigos para salvar quem esqueceu um cabo ou uma escova de dentes por exemplo, muito bom.
Para fazer o checkin no hotel é usado um sistema do gov. Você precisa fornecer seus dados online para o mesmo. Achei um pouco burocrático e menos eficiente que a pessoa da recepção fazer com o hóspede.

O café da manhã era excelente, qualidade da comida era incrível, com bastante variedade. O festival de sopas que estava tendo está maravilhoso, e os pratos que pedimos também, uma ótima quantidade de comida no prato e impecável de sabor. O quarto estava impecável, muito bem limpo e organizado, as camas super confortáveis.
Não tenho nada para reclamar.

O café da manhã poderia ser melhorado, incluisive a disposição de alguns itens, por exemplo aveia e outros seriais estão colocados de uma forma que dificulta o acesso e pode cair sobre outros pratos. O preço da diária acho elevado em comparação com outros hotéis da mesma categoria.
