Location, pool and customer service
They have added a really good Japanese restaurant since I was here last, the pool is big and fabulous with plenty of sun loungers to laze in, the gardens are beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, a leisurely stroll 2 minutes to the beach left and 2 minutes to the shops right, just watch out for the uneven pavement and bikes & cars ! (like most places in Bali)
Traditional Balinese style small hotel, the rooms are pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Cleaned every day and new towels given.
I’ve stayed at Palm Gardens so many times I’ve lost track. It’s always a friendly family oriented hotel with beautiful staff, gardens, nice pool, good location and well priced.

It was quiet. Pool superb. Grounds beautifully kept.
It stated on advert that it was beach front. It was not. Also said it was short walk to Icon Mall etc. It was long walk and too far for us.
Lokalizacja, ogród i piękny basen. Bardzo dobra restauracja na miejscu z cudownym personelem. Pokoje bardzo czyste, może trochę ciemne z uwagi na małe okna ale naprawdę super się w nich mieszkało. Do morza kilka kroków, do sklepów i restauracji też. Polecam ten obiekt

Het is een hele fijne plek, dichtbij strand en winkels. Ook nog wel een wat authentieker deel van Sanur richting het zuiden.
Croissantje bij het ontbijt was heerlijk, lieve bediening ook. De meeste mensen bij de receptie zijn behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
Die bruine deken is inderdaad echt niet prettig, te stoffig en ik ben allergisch voor wol. Stond ook niet op de foto.
I have stayed more times than I can remember at Palm Garden. It’s a home away from home the staff are lovely, they offer breakfast inc which is generous and the gardens and pool are lovely and clean.

Good location to the beach and quick to get to Main Street.
The bed was rock hard and the bedding was dark quilts and Sherpa blankets, the dark and wool makes it feel unclean. The room has dark wood and the curtains are also thick and yellow, meaning the room feels off and dark. The bathroom was updated but needs a good scrub. I had grinding behind my room b5 the entire stay in the days. The room stated there was a safe, but upon check in staff said no, safe is in the office. There was a wooden box with a key, that’s their version of a safe. Breakfast was limited, I went once and instead, went to cafes. Not a lot of staff to be seen, none at the pool ect. My bins were not emptied and no shampoo or conditioner supplied to me throughout stay.
Lovely small hotel with nice rooms. Staff were fabulous and very attentive. Would stay again.
Breakfast was ordinary and you had to go to reception each day for a voucher.
