Very comfortable stay in a great location. I would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent although it's a pity you have to go outside to get to the restaurant. Not ideal when the weather is wet.

Pretty nice overall. Just a bit noisy, hot, and uncomfortable pillows
Pros:

Very friendly staff, nice quiet room near the lake. Comfortable mattress. Nice shower. Guests receive a discount voucher for breakfast, but we ended up eating elsewhere.

Cons:

Overstuffed pillows were uncomfortable. Room was a bit too hot. Noisier than expected at night.

Great place with a good price range, family friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The staff were nice and helpful. Location wise is great, specially the balcony that overlooks the lake. Good location for hikes, food, and walks through the town.

Cons:

Not really a negative as we were helped straight away, but it was funny when the shower's handle label were interchanged. (Hot was Cold and vice versa).
Some insects found inside but that's already a given with the location.

A wonderful place to stay in Waterton Park
Pros:

All in all, a very pleasant stay with a great view! Second floor is much better view and privacy than first. Comfortable bed. Very quiet.

Cons:

Wi-fi not good at all. A night light for the bathroom would be really helpful. And a few real cups/glasses please.

Great location!
Pros:

Older property. Well maintained. Great location for walkability in town. We had room 213 and there was a fairly loud motor noise, suspected A/C unit above our room. Loudest heard in bathroom.

Cons:

Noisy A/C unit over room. Not ideal but tolerable.

It was Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Preferred place to stay in Waterton!

Location is great! Can walk to restaurants, shops from here. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Great property but they have to think about all their guests not just the intermittent big group!

They allowed 30 plus corvettes to takeover the parking lot. No oversight from the staff. We paid the same rate as they did but they acted like they owned the place!
