Perfect for MXP airport
Pros:

Great location for MXP airport. Free shuttle bus to Terminal 1. Very comfortable rooms. Surprisingly good simple restaurant. Good value.

Disappointed and when a complaint was filed, we were told that the water valve DID work room#2.

Decent room close to airport

Cons:

Cold water valve in bathroom was broken and so water was too hot for shower. Access to a working shower was provided to us quickly but after one person showered, the cold water valve in the 2nd room didn’t work and 2nd person couldn’t shower.

Muito prático, ao lado do aeroporto e com boa estrutura
Pros:

Localização excelente, ao lado do terminal 2 do aeroporto de Malpensa. Como só passaríamos uma noite, optei por pegar um hotel ao lado do aeroporto, para deixarmos as malas e depois irmos até o centro sem elas. Foi uma decisão muito acertada!
Pegamos um quarto família, com 2 quartos e 1 banheiro. Estrutura e limpeza muito boas!
O restaurante do hotel também nos serviu bem. Voltaria e ficaria lá novamente.

Bella stanza ma…

Hotel letteralmente a due passi dal terminal 2 di Malpensa. Perfetto se hai un volo la mattina presto. Stanze pulite e molto ampie.

Preferisco specificare in anticipo che la mia recensione è semplicemente a scopo informativo per molti ragazzi giovani come me, che pensando di facilitare la permanenza in struttura utilizzano il pagamento in struttura, spiegando i termini presenti su Booking che magari potrebbero essere fraintesi.

Purtroppo mi sono ritrovata in una situazione piuttosto spiacevole, soprattutto considerando che siamo due ragazze di 22 anni.

Io e la mia amica avevamo prenotato una camera doppia scegliendo l’opzione di pagamento in struttura al momento del check-in. La mattina stessa, però, mi è stata addebitata una somma piuttosto elevata (circa 200 €) come garanzia. Fin qui non ho nulla da contestare: capisco perfettamente che l’hotel voglia tutelarsi da eventuali cancellazioni senza preavviso.

Il problema è sorto al momento del check-in, quando mi è stato chiesto di pagare nuovamente l’intero importo del soggiorno. Di fatto mi sono ritrovata con circa 400 € addebitati per una sola notte, una cifra che ci ha messe in difficoltà.

Avevo letto i termini di Booking e sapevo che la somma sarebbe stata “congelata” come garanzia, ma non mi aspettavo che mi venisse richiesto un secondo pagamento immediato, con il conseguente blocco temporaneo di entrambe le somme.

Quando ho espresso le mie perplessità in reception, Marco mi ha risposto semplicemente: “Negli hotel di lusso funziona così”. Francamente ho trovato questa risposta poco professionale e poco empatica. Inoltre, si tratta di un hotel a 3 stelle, non di una struttura di lusso.

Probabilmente c’è stata un’incomprensione, ma viaggio spesso, ho visitato diversi Paesi europei e ho utilizzato molte volte l’opzione “pagamento in struttura”, soprattutto in città come Madrid e Barcellona. Non mi era mai capitato di dover sostenere un doppio addebito e di ritrovarmi con una somma così importante bloccata fino al check-out, nonostante fossi già regolarmente presente nella struttura.

La atención del personal fue impecable, hice una reserva de última hora por una cancelación, en el check in fueron rapidísimos y me pusieron muchas facilidades para el check out. Trato cercano y compasivo. El hotel está justo enfrente de la terminal de easyJet, se tarda 3 minutos andando
