Very nice and helpful staff, fantastic location for an early flight from Malpensa Airport.

Cons:

Tv was poor and struggled to connect to phone to stream videos etc. could do with newer TVs.

Top locatie bij Milaan Malpensa airport
Pros:

De locatie is top direct bij terminal 2 heel fijn bij een hele vroege ochtend vlucht!

Cons:

De prijs kwaliteit..we betaalden €371 voor 1 nacht (3 pers) voor een familie kamer dus 1 slaapbank bed en een 2 persoons bed.
Ik vind dat echt te duur voor dit hotel het is een prima maar vrij simpel hotel. Ik verwacht v die prijs meer luxe

Easy to check in / out , very clean , food is available and decent quality

Cons:

The thermostat lights up bright at night and positioned in a way that you can’t cover it but it’s a minor issue
The TV remote mostly doesn’t work , buttons like “guide” are not active and hard to find the channels in English

Good enough, would be better off focusing on the basics.
Pros:

If you want a hotel close to Malpensa T2 then you can't do better than this.
Rooms are quiet and practical.

Cons:

The general attitude of the hotel staff. Do read the marketing poster at the end of the bar and you will get what I'm talking about. Gen Z garbage concept hotel. Why have this kind of hotel at this location? People are only staying here because they have to and they want basics done well. They don't need some "vibe" to be foisted upon them.
