An unfortunate experience.
Pros:

Location was close to the airport, so it was convenient for this trip. The free shuttle to the airport was helpful.

Cons:

Found a bed bug on the bed in my room. Staff acted swiftly to try to address the issue. Unfortunately, did not want to continue with my stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and professional.
Pros:

The view from the window was a Warehouse Facility. Not our favorite view!

Cons:

Room with a better view. Not a very big deal.

Good stay - NO POOL
Pros:

Its a very nice hotel and is located near many stores and some excellent restaurants. Very easy access to the expressway.

Cons:

DO NOT allow unaccompanied teenagers to sleep in the breakfast area on the bench seating. They would be spread out every morning for about two hours sleeping on the bench seating in there PJs. Don't know where the parents were.

Loved the clean experience, will definitely book here again.
Pros:

Clean!!!!

Cons:

The front desk male clerk was decent with me but was very rude to a lady before me. He made a negative comment to me about her, so was not very professional, he could use some customer service training.

Pros:

Комната была чистой.

Cons:
