Rustaveli Palace Hotel...your home away from home!
Pros:

From check in to check out our stay was delightful. The staff made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to accomodate all our needs. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. There was a really good selection of items for breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent. 5 mins away from the nearest SPAR and just a minute from the cable car station. Definitely returning for a longer stay.

Cons:

We had to carry our suitcases ourselves to our rooms but it was not a problem as it was only one flight of stairs. I liked everything else about the hotel.

An Excellent stay the heart of Tbilisi
Pros:

Everything was excellent — the staff and service. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was the best I've had in Georgia. Most importantly, the location is great — everything is within reach. Being in the center was perfect for me.It was just 2 minutes to the metro rustavelli

Приезжал в Тбилиси буквально на пару дней и мне было важно, чтобы отель находился в центре города. Этот отель идеально подошел под этот критерий: в шаговой доступности от метро, рядом канатная дорога и сам центр города. В отеле было все необходимое для проживания, комнаты чистые, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. По мне соотношение цена/качество соответствует.

לא אהבתי כלום ,
זה פעם ראשונה שלי שפיקששתי ככה בהזמנה סרך בוקינג ,
חוויה מגעילה ולא נעימה בכלל
הניקיון ברמה טובה חוץ מחצר שזה יציאה לפינת ישיבה בחוץ , שם זה נראה מוזנח מאוד ,

לספר מה לא אהבנו זה הכל ,
הכניסה למלון דלת שבורה , ללא מעלית , דוש עם זרם שבקושי יש זרימה , ארוחת בוקר מזעזעת , כל פעם חסר משהו , פעם חלב , פעם סוכר ,
ותמיד אומרים לך שעוד לא עשינו הזמנה , יש המון מה לכתוב שלא אהבנו ואין לי רצון אפילו כי התאכזבתי קשות בהכל
