Хороший отель с удачной локацией и простым завтраком
Pros:

У отеля хорошее расположение возле метро и канатной дороги. Есть место где поставить машину. В номерах чисто и напор воды хороший. На завтрак предлагают приготовить отдельно блины. Цена соответствовала ожиданию для 2 дней транзитного ночлега.

Уставший интерьер и состояние не соответствует уже фото. Завтраки очень плохие. Мало блюд и холодное

I would not recommend this hotel. We had a bad experience and the staff didn’t seem to care.
Pros:

Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

Customer service was laking significantly. The AC was not working in the room and they couldn’t do anything to fix it. The first night was very warm and we couldn’t sleep. The second day, they fixed the AC, yet we faced an even bigger problem. The city had a water supply issue. Without prior notice, the water was cut off from the rooms. Although they reported to having a backup water supply, we didn’t have a drop of water to flush the toilet, shower, or wash. The front desk employee didn’t seem to care and no efforts were made to either supply additional bottles of water or replenish their backup system. In the midst of a very hot and sweaty day, we couldn’t shower.

Отличное размещение в самом центре Тбилиси! Цена отличная для такого отеля: уборка в номере- ежедневная, смена полотенец- ежедневно. Также каждое утро ставили бутилированную питьевую воду, а при заселении подарили бутылку вина. Завтраки очень вкусные, персонал приветливый. Очень рекомендую!

We had a wonderful stay at Rustavelli Palace Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is excellent—very convenient, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything was well maintained, and housekeeping kept the room in perfect condition every day. It was always a pleasure to come back after a busy day.

Merkezi konumda eski bir bina olsa da küçük ama temiz bir otel. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve fiyatı göz önünde bılundurulduğunda gayet makul. Rezo isimli eesepsiyondaki kardeşimiz az da olsa Türkçe biliyor ve gayet yardımcılar.

Расположение отеля одно из лучших. Все рядом. В непосредственной близости есть фуникулёр на парк с башней, где открывается невероятный вид на город. Там есть аттракционы для детей. Завтра сытный вкусный шведский стол. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. На русском разговаривают без проблем. Тихая улочка в центра старого тбилиси. Вобщем огонь отельчик
