フロントのミンジさんがフレンドリーでとてもやさしくしてくれて嬉しかったです！
部屋は予想以上に広くて、バスタブも広いのがよかったです。
蚕室セネ駅のすぐ近くで、仁川空港からバスで来ましたが、バス停からもすぐ近くでした。
KSPOドームの公演の帰りも、混雑で帰るのに時間がかかるのではと心配したのですが、3412番のバスですぐに帰ることができて非常に便利でした。

Cons:

あまりないのですが、強いて挙げるとしたら、お風呂のお湯の温度がもう少し熱いとよかったかもしれません。バスタブにお湯を貯めるとすぐに冷めてしまったのが少しだけ残念でした。

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the false advertising regarding the jacuzzi was extremely disappointing.

The convenient location and the advertised availability of a jacuzzi were the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having a jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property over other, more affordable alternatives.

However, after filling the jacuzzi and preparing to use it, we discovered that it was not functioning. When we raised the issue with hotel staff, they confirmed that it was not operational.

We were extremely disappointed, as the jacuzzi was a one of the key factors in our decision to book this particular hotel. Had we known beforehand that it was not working, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel instead.

Pros:

i had to change the room because first one smelled like someone smoked there and the beds are not really comfy. location is alright but the only store they had nearby was always empty.

지하철,버스등 교통을 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 위치, 숙소주변에 음식점등 편의시설이 잘되어 있습니다. 깨끗하고 친절한 안내를 받을 수 있었습니다.

Cons:

냉방기능이 좀 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 온도조절이 제대로 되지 않아 다소 불편했어요.
