Geen goed hotel

We zijn hier al 4 jaar geleden geweest, ook met een negatieve ervaring. Maar we gaven het hotel nog een kans. Helaas weer negatief. We hadden twee superior kamers geboekt. Een was in orde ook al stel ik me de vraag of het wel een superior kamer was (klein bed en badkamer). Kamer 2 was La Vega. Heel veel lawaai op de kamer als er bij de buren geen stroom is (generator geeft hels lawaai overal op het tweede verdiep van het hotel). We kregen na aandringen een andere kamer toegewezen (aan slapen was anders niet te denken). Volgende kamer: Anacaona. Verschrikkelijk!. Oude versleten bedden en geen enkel raam (hebben we eerst niet opgemerkt omdat het buiten al donker was toen we de kamer kregen). Versleten kleine oude badkamer. Foto's op booking website geven de realiteit niet weer. We hebben foto's bij de beoordeling bijgevoegd.
Kamers worden ook alleen maar gepoetst als dit expliciet wordt aangeven bij het ontbijt (klant moet Spaans kunnen spreken en verstaan 🫩). Anders geen schoonmaak
Slecht internet op de kamers
We hadden dit hotel ook geboekt omdat er een pool was. Deze konden we helaas 1 volledige dag niet gebruiken wegens schoonmaak (in ieder ander hotel wordt dit s nachts gedaan)
Personeel bij het inchecken vriendelijk (jonge gast). De andere dagen heel onvriendelijke respectloze vrouw bij de balie
We raden het hotel niet aan (zeker na 2 keer negatieve ervaring)

Parfait!
Pros:

Personnes agréable et aux.petits soins.
C est la 4eme fois que j y séjourne et c est toujours plaisant.

Cons:

Un peu plus de soin sur le ménage qui je trouve est un peu moins précis dans la salle de bain depuis quelques temps mais c est globalement propre!

Hotel ok pour sejour tres courte duree
Pros:

Jolies parties communes, tres bien placé.

Cons:

La chambre puait le renfermé/ moisi. C'était insupportable. La dame qui servait le petit déjeuner etait tres très désagréable, mal polie meme.

Habitación con aire acondicionado

Cons:

Las tablas de la cama se nos cayeron 3 veces, incluso el larguero quedó un poco flojo, no podíamos movernos sin sentir que la cama se iba a caer

El baño tenía un olor maluco

La ducha le faltaba la puerta, así que el baño se mojaba horrible, al igual que el espejo

Excellent Location, but Maintenance Needs Improvement
Pros:

The location in the Colonial Zone is excellent and one of the hotel's biggest advantages. Breakfast was good and the staff provided a correct and pleasant service throughout our stay. We appreciated that the room was already cool when we arrived, as the air conditioning had been switched on in advance and worked perfectly. The electronic door lock was very convenient, as it avoided carrying a physical key. The room also included a well-functioning mini fridge with complimentary cold water and an iron, which were thoughtful touches. Overall, I would say the hotel offers fair value for the price.

Cons:

The hotel would benefit from better maintenance, especially in the common areas, which show visible signs of wear. The room also needed some attention, as the toilet seat was loose. The bathroom was only supplied with bath towels; hand towels and a bath mat were missing. Finally, in our opinion, some of the photos on Booking present the property in a better condition than its current state of maintenance, which can create expectations that are not fully met.

Lugar tranquilo, bueno bonito y barato
Pros:

Precio calidad excelente, es un alojamiento sencillo pero romantico y tranquilo, cumplió nuestras espectativas a pesar de no ser el mas premiun
