La ubicación era muy buena y el personal era muy agradable.
No pudimos dormir ninguna de las dos noches porque no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no se nos avisó hasta que llegamos al hotel. Cada día se nos prometía que se arreglaría y no fue así. El calor en la habitación era insoportable y no se podía descansar. La solución que propusimos nosotras fue que nos ofrecieran otro hotel si en el suyo TODAS las habitaciones que quedaban libres NO tenían aire ni ventilación. El hotel que nos propusieron estaba muy lejos (y veníamos en grupo, no podíamos separarnos siendo un grupo de chicas), y la calidad era PÉSIMA, no tenía nada que ver con lo que nosotras habíamos pagado. Nos dijeron que nos reembolsarían el total de las dos noches de esta habitación y solo nos han reembolsado una…
