Dirty,dusty,there is a hair in the bed,table is dirty, the toilet is dirty. Rude service, no towel

Nothing i like about the place, its dirty, so much dust, there is a hair in the bed, the table is dirty, the toilet is dirty, and there is no towel, and the receptionist is rude, i ask her for towel she just smirk. The first one during check in was a bit nice, the one in the evening is rude.
