Pros:

Нормальний, середнього класу готель. Дуже привітний персонал, особливо на рецепції, розмовляють багатьма мовами в тому числі українською. Сейф безкоштовний, але потрібен залог 30€, який потім повертають. До моря 10 хвилин.

Cons:

У ресторані голодним не будеш, але хотілося б більшого вибору страв. Пляжні рушники дають в аренду за 3€, залог 10€ потім повертають. В ванній кімнаті постійно мокра підлога.

Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van. Kedvesek a dolgozók. A magyar vizimentő lányt tudnám még kiemelni, aki mindenkivel nagyon figyelmes és segítőkész. Igyekezett betartani a házirendet, ami ugyan volt, akinek nem tetszett, és hazug véleményt adott róla, de ez csak egy antiszociális család volt.

Cons:

Konkrétan nem volt ilyen. Talán a húsok többször kicsit szárazak és kemények voltak, viszont megfelelő választék volt, igyekeztek változatossá tenni.

Pros:

Our stay at the Nicholas Color Hotel was an absolute dream from start to finish!
The location is truly unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the action, making it so easy to explore everything around us, yet it still felt like a relaxing place to unwind. What really stood out the most, though, was the staff. Everyone was so warm, sweet, and genuinely attentive, making us feel completely welcome the entire time.
As for the food, booking the all-inclusive package was definitely the best decision we could have made. The meals were fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety that we looked forward to every single day. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend it to anyone

The pool area and the breakfest was worth 100% huge variety from fruit to cold cuts to pancakes cookies eggs even nuggets marmalades toast juices coffee was excelent!
Plus the girls at the receptions were bubblie polite and full of smiles

Cons:

The cleanliness need a bit more taking care of!

Exellemnt sejour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'établissement est très propre et parfaitement entretenu. La piscine est superbe et très agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, souriant et toujours serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec un large choix de produits. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

une remarque concernant les repas.

Nous ne mangeons ni viande ni crustacés. Malheureusement, les choix de poisson proposés le midi et le soir étaient très limités et peu variés. Il s'agissait souvent de poisson pané (en forme ronde ou allongée), servi de façon répétitive.

Il a donc été très compliqué pour nous de trouver des repas adaptés tout au long de notre séjour. Nous pensons qu'il serait appréciable de proposer davantage de poissons non panés et plus de variété afin de répondre aux différents régimes alimentaires.

Πολύ καλό πρωινό και βραδινό. Είχε μικρή πισίνα για μικρά παιδιά με ναυαγοσώστη. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Αγίας Ναπας.

Είχε μούχλα στο δωμάτιο.

Nice hotel, but extra unexpected charges apply!!!
Pros:

Breakfast and dinner was good.

Cons:

1) Parking is too small. There is not enough parking and the hotel is advertising free parking. We get a fine from police as we parked outside the hotel in a double yellow line, cause this was our only option as the hotel was full of guests and the parking full. The hotel is aware of the police fines, they do it often and they did not warned us. There is a private parking with extra charge but nobody told us we could park there. You need to know of that extra parking charge €2 per day before you book at this hotel.
2) The hotel is charging you €3 for the pool towels.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant family stay overall.
Pros:

It's a decent hotel: not brand new, but recently renovated and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food ranged from good to very good. Our room was clean, and housekeeping changed the sheets and mopped the floor every day. We appreciated the excellent service and left a generous tip.

Cons:

The drinks were average: generally okay, but often too sweet and, where applicable, a bit weak on the alcohol. The WiFi in our room only supported 2.4 GHz and was barely usable, so we had to rely on our own 4G hotspot instead. Our room overlooked what appeared to be an abandoned pool on a neighboring property, which wasn't a particularly pleasant view. Frappes were charged as an extra even for All Inclusive guests, which doesn't seem appropriate for a resort in Cyprus :-)
