Good location

But dont ask for rent and deposit to pool towel it's ridiculous
Close to center. Food and cleanliness.
Even for may is very noise outside.
Lot of clubs and also there were noise kids in hotel.
You can close balcony and turn on air codition during the night sleeping.
The person from the bar very Rud
I came here alone, on a bed and breakfast basis.. I decided to upgrade to all inclusive which only cost €30 per day, I think this is an excellent value for money, the room was big enough, it was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable
The staff were friendly and very well mannered
Nothing I didn’t like but if i have to pick one thing it would be the cheese and ham toastie- it only comes with one slice of cheese and one slice of ham, but if you ask for double the staff are more than happy to double up free of charge :)
Everething was great.
The hotel isn't super new, but everything is great.
The location, pool, and staff were top notch.
We booked the all-inclusive package and weren't expecting such a wide selection of drinks and food. We were very pleased with the value for money.
Thanks for the hospitality—we'll be back.
No bottled water available at the bar.
Upon check-in, there's one bottle per person in your room, and afterward, you have to ask for a refill at the bar. They don't provide replacement bottles.
But this wasn't a critical issue.
Odalar temiz çalışanlar guleryuzlu ve yardımcı yemek çeşitleri var
If it was 2-3* apartments, i would say it was good, but for a hotel advertised as 4* and charging this amount for a stay, nothing is good. There are no beaches close by. The rooms are outside of the main building, just apartments. Small rooms and ground floor, everyone can see in the room from outside. We had all inclusive package. The pool is small, ok for small apartment complex, but not for 4* hotel. Didnt have a gym, at reception i was told to go to sister hotel if i want to use the gym. Which is about 10m walking distance. This is ridiculous. Walk to the gym under 35-40C outside. Then walk back sweaty and only after that you can have a shower? The hotel had sauna, but for extra charge. 10€ for 30min. And you had to fetch 1€ coins x 10 to use the timer machine outside the sauna. Again, we are talking about 4* hotel here. Pool towels, not free. 3€ per towel and 10€ deposit. And if you want to replace the towel with a clean one, another 3€… you pay all inclusive and then pay more for clean towels. The food was good, but at the first day i wasnt allowed to the restaurant for dinner. My tshirt was sleeveless. And i didnt pass the dress code! I wasnt just out of pool trying to enter the restaurant. Just didnt have sleeves. First time in my life i had to go and dress for holiday dinner. By the way, same restaurant for BF and lunch didnt apply the sleeves rule… its not my 1st time in ayia napa, but this is by far the worst value for money i had. The bar at the lobby doesnt work. So you cant have a drink in AC area. You have to go all the way to the pool to get a drink from there. Once i asked for a coffee from the bar, and was told its not included in all inclusive you have to pay for it extra.
Good location, close to public transfer bus stop, to Ayia Napa main street (with shops and restaurants) and to the sea.
Breakfast is amazing - buffet with very good selection, quality and quantity of food.
24h reception desk. Nice inner courtyard.
Not an issue for me, since I do not care about pools at seaside hotels, but it may be important for other guests - the hotel pool is not really suitable for swimming. It is shallow and more intended for kids fun.
There are several entrances to the hotel (not only the main one, next to the reception desk), so that anyone from the street (i.e. those who are not hotel guests) may enter the hotel and corridors with room. Hence, the only "safety barrier" for the room is the room door.
