Tolle zentrumsnahe Lage des Hotels. Parkplätze gibt es im Hotel mit einem Autoaufzug erreichbar, welche wir auch genutzt haben. Erstklassiges und freundliches Personal. Frühstück ausreichend mit viel Auswahl und frischen Eierspeisen nach Wahl. Zimmer groß, sauber und geräumig mit toller bequemer Matratze. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist nichts von draußen zu hören..Alles bestens, wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder!

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage, super zimmer und tolle Rooftop! Alles in allem sind die Räumlichkeiten super gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Leider hat sich die schlechte Betreuung an der Rezeption durch das Personal durchgezogen. Es wäre ein Besuch auf der Hotelfachschule nötig.

Tiefgaragenpreise völlig überzogen ….. Parken im Parkhaus Terme Romane zum halben Preis, 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Glasscheibe zur Toilette ist für uns Ü60 ein völliges NoGO :(

The hotel has a great location and a beautiful, luxurious design, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience.

Cons:

Before arrival, I specifically requested and received confirmation for a parking space inside the hotel because my wife is pregnant and cannot walk long distances. Upon arrival, I was told there was no parking available and was directed to a parking area much farther away. Initially, the staff even claimed that I had never reserved parking. When I showed them the messages confirming my request, they changed their explanation and said the parking was full.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that on my last day, after insisting, I was finally allowed to park inside the hotel, and I noticed that many parking spaces were actually empty. This made the previous explanations difficult to understand and left me feeling unfairly treated.

The check-out experience was equally disappointing. I asked the receptionist for assistance because my car is large and the hotel parking exit uses a very narrow car elevator. Instead of offering help, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner, simply telling me to press the “C” button and manage it myself.

Overall, while the property itself is beautiful and in an excellent location, the attitude of some staff members was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and at times felt discriminatory. Sadly, because of the poor customer service, I would not choose to stay here again.

Amazing staff, excellent location, and a very comfortable room. Everything was spotless and well maintained. The hotel is located right in the city center, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and the lakefront. We parked at Terme Romane, and the receptionist kindly called them on our behalf to help us with parking information and pricing, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel also features a beautiful rooftop terrace with a whirlpool and sauna, as well as a convenient laundry room. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Cons:

The only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Amazing place that exceeded all my expectations:
– Working quite AC
– Comfortable bed
– Amazing pool area that opens at 8 AM, not noon like in other hotels in the area
– Breakfast was just wow
