Good clean hotel but really lacks charm unfortunately.
Pros:

The size of the Premium Grand room was great and effectively had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The hotel was in a good location in Nimman area. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The pool! The pool itself is great but I cannot understand why you would go to the all the trouble and expense of maintaining a pool and have it close at 6pm. At this time of year it is far too hot to spend any time there until late afternoon/evening. There is a poolside bar which opens at 6pm so i presume this is the reason for closing the pool but it makes no sense. The bar itself would have far more appeal if people were actually allowed in the pool during this time. It is a total waste of a great location and view. Maybe you could consider promoting your venue as a poolside rooftop bar and it might be a bit more popular?? There are some great examples of these in Bali ythat work really well and it would make it unique and appealing.

A few other small things to note, there was a pretty bad smell coming from the toilet/shower drains sometimes so we had to shut the bathroom door. Some staff were friendly but others were a bit lacking in hospitality.

Very nice stay lovely staff, breakfast and rooms. Could get a grab to the old city for a couple of pounds

Pros:

The room was spacious and modern.

Cons:

The pool and rooftop bar were under construction. This was a big reason why we decided to stay at the hotel over Songkran. Very disappointed that the hotel did not inform us of this before making the booking.

Pros:

Loved the location. Very conveniently located and very walkable to cool places in Chiang Mai. Bed comfortable, room cleaned, great breakfast!

Super relaxed and comfortable
Pros:

Lovely little hotel, rooms are an excellent layout, very clean and modern. Location is good if a bit far from the old city but this is no issue with a grab hire. The location the hotel sits in has its own charm and facilities to be seen so no need to adventure far on an evening. Great place!

ห้องใหญ่ดีอยู่แต่ก็ยังไม่เท่าไหร่กับราคาความเป็นจริงกับ 500 ยูโรกว่า ได้ราคา 297 ยูโร ถือว่าแพงอยู่ไม่ค่อยเหมาะสมกับราคาเท่าไหร่

ห้องสะอาดดีแต่ทางเข้าหาโรงแรมยากมาก ป้ายไม่มีไฟถ้าราคาในเน็ตแรงขนาดนี้แล้วสิ่งที่ได้หรือบริการก็ไม่ได้ถึงขนาดต้องแพงขนาดนี้ราคาที่อื่นถูกยังบริการดีกว่านี้สระว่ายน้ำไม่ได้แนะนำให้ลูกค้าปิดปรับปรุงก็ไม่บอกยิมอยู่ชั้นไหนก็ไม่พูด น่าจะมีการแนะนำลูกค้ามากกว่านี้อาหารเช้าพอกินได้ ไม่ค่อยมีให้เลือกเยอะ พนักงานไม่ค่อยยกของให้ลูกค้าไปส่งกระเป๋าให้ลูกค้าด้วย
