Reception staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

One of the ladies in the restaurant on Sunday night was VERY cold and unfriendly. I asked one of the other staff and she confirmed that she is always like that...
The lifts were the slowest lifts I have known in 38 years... painfuly slow.

Sehr gut gelegen direkt an der Promenade..
Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich
Alles sehr sauber.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer ist nicht sehr hygienisch...
Aber sonst war für uns alles gut.

Excelente precio, calidad y ubicación
Pros:

El personal súper amable y dispuesto a consultas y requerimientos, la ubicación excelente, frente a costanera, súper cerca de todo los necesario: restaurantes, farmacias, etc. nos tocó una habitación con vista al mar, lo que se agradeció mucho para poder ver el amanecer. Sin duda, si volvemos a esa ciudad, nos alojaremos en ese hotel.

Cons:

Todo bien. Quizás las tablas marinas del restaurante deba ser mejorada, pero lo demás, excelente.

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado delante del puente y las vistas al mar valen la pena para ver ballenas.

Cons:

Me cobraron servicio de 1000 pesos al bebe al cenar en el restaurante cuando en ningun restaurante de la zona lo hizo y considero que no deberian haberlo hecho.

Pros:

Comodo, limpio, excelente ubicación. El personal muy atento. Super detallista. Viaje por mi cumple y me hicieron llegar una torta y una tarjeta a la habitación. La verdad super feliz. Es la 2da vez q me hospedo en el lugar y los seguiré eligiendo

Es un hotel con instalaciones y personal como para DIEZ 10.

Cons:

Le reclamo en SERVICIOS al Hotel, a Booking, a todas las redes sociales, que haberme cobrado el estacionamiento del auto sin haberlo manifestado durante la contratación , lo considero una estafa. Pueden decir otros cargos, pero es el único hotel del mundo que te roba de esta manera. Es mucho dinero 20000/día comparado con una cena, o todo lo que me salió el viaje, pero es una fortuna si te lo sacan de la billetera sin aviso previo al viaje. es más, el que nos recibió, me comentó esto luego de haber hecho el checking. Todo lo excelente de los servicios se desvaneció con este tema.
