в целом хорошо, но чувство что я переплатил очень много.

Из плюсов отеля нужно подчеркнуть отличное расположение и близость к океану и туристическим агентствам.

Cons:

Самая главная проблема отеля это его ресторан, еда прямо сказать — невкусная. Также при бронировании отеля, не было ясно понятно какой маленький бассейн (это оказался даже джакузи, а не бассейн) и что в него нужно заранее регистрироваться. Соотношение цены и качества к сожалению достаточно хромает, хотя насколько я понял, в Пуэрто-Мадрине это действительно один из лучших отелей.

Te van a querer estafar en el cobro, cuidado

Jamás había tenido una experiencia TAN mala como con este hotel.
Quisieron cobrarme 100mil pesos extras a los que debía pagar por una estadía de 2 noches. El total original era 335k y ellos me querian cobrar 433k.
Lamentablemente, me di cuenta después de pagar que me habían cobrado cualquier cosa. Procedí a mostrarles la reserva de booking y la recepcionista me contestó literalmente "este es el precio, no puedo cobrarte menos". Irónico. Comencé a cuestionarle que no me habían avisado del cambio de precio y por qué no hablaba con booking.. a los cual me dijo "no tengo el contacto de booking además hoy es feriado y no me atienden". Tuve que llamar yo a Booking y cuando me pasaron el link para hacer el reclamo del cobro, la misma recepcionista me preguntó si me habían confirmado si estaba mal el cobro. Es chistosa a este punto la historia. Luego de hacerme perder tiempo y de intentar estafarme con todas las respuestas bobas posibles, accedió a hacerme la devolución y volver a cobrarme el monto correcto.
Extra: al señor al lado nuestro le cobraron 140USD la noche mientras él decía que le habían pasado 120USD el precio original. Pero como el señor había preguntado verbalmente, no tenía como demostrar lo contrario.
Así que se ve que el hotel lo hace cotidianamente.
