Amazing beachside location. All the restaurants serve high quality food and the staff are super friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone. And if you get the Lux Escapes deal with the meal package the stay ends up super cheap. We will be back.

The room service was great. The room was excellent and we got a great view. I would definitely recommend coming back here again. The service was impeccable and the pool was so clean and beautiful. The lagoon and rooftop were awesome and we got free breakfast every day that.

Location was beautiful, rooms were beautiful and room service amazing…. Drinks very overpriced but that’s what’s expected from a 5 star resort. Would be nice to have arrival entertainment in the lobby. Overall I would classify this property as a 4 star not a 5 star.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel’s location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable throughout my visit. We traveled all the way from California, spending well over 20 hours between flights and layovers, completely exhausted by the time we arrived. Little did we know we were about to experience one of the most incredible family vacations of our lives.

From the very first welcome, we were treated like family. Every single staff member greeted us with genuine smiles, kindness, and heartfelt hospitality. The level of care and attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. Our butlers anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and every interaction made us feel valued and truly cared for.

The generosity was beyond anything we could have imagined. Between the incredible restaurants, amazing cocktails, and endless food and drink vouchers, we actually left with vouchers we never had the chance to use because there was simply so much included. Every meal was exceptional, every drink was crafted with care, and every experience made us feel spoiled in the very best way.

This trip was especially meaningful for our family. We came to Bali not only for a vacation, but also for my husband’s stem cell treatment, hoping and praying for healing. The peace, compassion, and genuine warmth we experienced at Double-Six made this journey even more special. During a time filled with both hope and emotion, your staff gave us a place where we could relax, laugh together, and create memories we’ll treasure forever.

Our stay at Double Six Luxury Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding, with every staff member warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit memorable. Her warmth and care made us feel more like family rather than hotel guests. The poolside atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing, creating the perfect place to unwind. Poolside staff provided us with excellent service making good recommendations and serving our food and drinks in a very timely manner. Evenings at the rooftop bar offered great views and a fantastic ambiance. The live music was awesome bringing a terrific vibe to the place. Breakfast each morning at the rooftop restaurant was delicious, with an excellent selection and staff that could not do enough for us. The hotel is excellently located across a narrow road from the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Rooms were super clean and comfortable and extremely well attended. We are two middle aged female besties and felt safe, relaxed and at home in this property at all times. We would happily return and highly recommend this outstanding hotel. Its staff are its biggest strength.
