Great option for surf & late night evening hols
Pros:

-Long pool with good services
-Good service level & breakfast facility at rooftop with wide selection of food
-Ok gym with some free weights, smith & cardio eq.
- Location great for surfing & morning run at beach
- Massive terrace at 2bdroom suites

Cons:

-for our needs it was too noist in the evenings with several bands playing at beach restaurants at the same time.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The service from staff was fantastic.The breakfast was great and views from breakfast. The location was good and the facilities that were provided were good. Gym had all you needed. the lounge/ late pick up area for people catching late flight or leaving late was fantastic. The room we had was lovely and well equipped with more than we needed.

Cons:

The smell from the bathroom/drains was not great, but manageable. Parts of the hotel were slightly outdated but still v nice.

Perfect couple getaway
Pros:

Room amenities and size with separate couch to watch TV. Huge bathroom. Loved the rooftop breakfast area and proximity to beachside dining. Arrival cocktails from butler even at 11pm. Special request of delicious gado gado salad not on menu als o fulfilled by butler. Had to leave a day early and was given complimentary spa massage in lieu of non cancellable stay. All staff were superb.

THe hotel and staff were wonderful
Pros:

Overall the hotel was exceptional. In particular, I lost my phone on the beach and the staff at the desk were incredibly helpful throughout the process of telling me where the closest Ibox store was, to getting me a taxi and assisting with setting up the phone. I could not have done it without them!!! The room was fantastic, as was the breakfast. I would love to come back again
