Adequate but overpriced and overhyped

Cons:

Rubbish gold level lounge. Too long a walk to gold level rooms from reception. Small towels/lack of towels. Query email sent to property regarding booking. Not replied to for over a week. Staff not prepared to go out of their way to help.

Cons:

Stond er bomen net voor mijn voordeur. Waardoor veel insecten erop afkwamen om te eten wat er van de boom afviel. Het stoorde mij ook omdat hele voordeur vol zat met wat van de boom afviel

Sehr gutes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und freundlichem Personal. Tolles Frühstücksangebot.
Pros:

Individuelles kostenloses Omelett zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Abendessen vergleichsweise etwas zu teuer und leider wenig Besuch. Vielfalt und Geschmack aber gut.

Clean, pool areas nice, barman is lovely, breakfast buffet was good with lots of options and drinks prices were decent

Leider keine 4-Sterne-Qualität – enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer für fünf Nächte gebucht und uns aufgrund der 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung auf einen erholsamen Urlaub gefreut. Leider wurden wir bereits bei der Ankunft sehr enttäuscht.
Im Zimmer fanden wir eine Kakerlake sowie Ameisen im Bett. Darüber hinaus war die Lüftung im Badezimmer stark verschmutzt, die Nachttische waren nicht sauber und wiesen noch Rückstände der vorherigen Gäste auf. Auch weitere Sauberkeitsmängel vermittelten insgesamt nicht den Eindruck eines gründlich gereinigten Deluxe-Zimmers.
Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir zwar ein anderes Zimmer, allerdings stellten wir dort ebenfalls vergleichbare Hygienemängel fest. Da wir somit kein Zimmer vorgefunden haben, das unseren Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel entsprach, haben wir den Aufenthalt nach weniger als 24 Stunden abgebrochen und sind auf eigene Kosten in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption freundlich waren und versucht haben, mit einem Zimmerwechsel eine Lösung anzubieten. Leider konnte dadurch das eigentliche Problem nicht behoben werden.
Für den gezahlten Preis von rund 1.000 € für fünf Nächte entsprach das Hotel aus unserer Sicht weder dem beworbenen Standard noch dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unsere Erfahrung war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Benissimo!
Pros:

Struttura molto moderna, accogliente e pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Unica pecca l’aria condizionata era davvero tanto ghiacciata. In camera non si riusciva ad alzare la temperatura e l’abbiamo dovuta spegnere direttamente.
La colazione dolce era un po scarsa rispetto a quella salata che era molto più abbondante.

SOGGIORNO PERFETTO!
Pros:

Lo staff al top! gentile, disponibile, ti aiutano in tutti modi! camere belle e pulite, cambio asciugami tutti giorni. Molto importante per chi è celiaco colazione gluten free anche il ristorante ha delle opzione senza glutine dunque per chi è celiaco non diventate matti come noi a cercare un ristorante in giro che possa farvi da mangiare non lo troverete, rimanete a cenare nel ristorante dell'albergo sono molto disponibile e potete mangiare senza paura di contaminazione.
