There was no breakfast, location was pretty good.the room was clean and comfortable.
I didnt like that it was always noisy, the door goi g to the upstairs always being slam.needs a quite hydraulic. It appeared that a few peeps were strung out and hanging by the enterence area smacking, drinking not a 100 feet from entry ways. The halls smelt like Marijuana. At all times.
Our room smelt of smoke. The lounge needs a more welcoming upgrade. It made me feel like we were walking in into a basement. . The doorbell was annoying..
The staff was very friendly and accommodating
It would have been nice to be able to sit on the bed without it moving off the platform. Beds were very uncomfortable (very hard). Bugs in the bathroom, no tissues in the room, no Wi-Fi instruction in the room, bathroom smelled like urine when we first opened the door, the main entry and hallway were a bit smelly, and the coffee was terrible.

Easy to find, accommodated our multi-unit family. Breakfast was super with many hot and cold options. In a part of town, on the hill, that has many retailers close. Comfy beds.
The pool is very small and there was no hot tub.
