Location is handy
Generally this place is shabby and suffering from a general lack of maintenance.
The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The room was big and roomy.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We did not receive any breakfast.
Mix up at check in. The room we were given was not made up, so we had to return to check in and wait until they checked for another. Also we did not see any breakfast room, only a very messy coffee table.
Staff and parking
Everything other than staff and parking . They should just be transparent that the ground floor is rented to people dealing with homelessness and addiction. Nothing against them at all, but it’s something should know upfront.
No breakfast was available and the elevator was broken. They apologized for not having the breakfast available and said a manager would call us on Monday. I called them on Monday and the manager would not do anything except for offer a small discount if we stayed there in the next 3 months. What a joke! Absolutely terrible customer service.
Room was very clean and well laid out. Quiet nite in the hotel . Hallways clean and staff very helpful.
Unfortunate Elevator was out of service morning we checked out and breakfast had not arrived by 8.45.
Oh well!
Extremely friendly, clean accommodating and great for the price
Only 1 bath towel and 1 face cloth in bathroom. The air conditioner was not operational, we had to sleep with the window open all night, the noise from the highway kept us awake.

The only thing I didn't like was the laundry room facilities. Didn't really clean my clothes very well and the dryer took close to 3 hrs to dry my clothes
