Felt cheated with the money I paid via Booking.Com, the information on Booking.com’s reservation stated room with breakf

Whose fault? The public must be well informed this is going to happen when making a reservation via Booking.com and with this hotel.

Pros:

La stanza era molto ampia, molto pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort come ad esempio (a parte frigorifero e cassetta sicurezza) asciugacapelli "professionale" (non di quelli attaccati al muro), ferro da stiro con relativo asse, bilancia, accappatoi e pantofole. Acqua offerta, così come bollitore con té e caffé. Inoltre, nel bagno oltre set di cortesia standard/alto anche separatamente docciaschiuma, shampoo, balsamo, crema corpo, tutti di ottima qualità. La colazione poi penso di poterla definire come quella migliore mai trovata nei miei molteplici viaggi sia per qualità che per varietà. Staff gentule e molto sorridente. La vicinanza al mall è un ulteriore "plus".

Cons:

Nulla di importante. Se proprio devo citare qualcosa e spiegare perché non ho dato "eccellente" allora commento quanto segue. Quattro cuscini nell'ampio e pulitissimo letto, sicuramente di pregio ma tutti alti, io avrei avuto bisogno di qualcosa di più basso. Credo di aver capito che ci fosse una navetta per il mall, mal non me l'hanno chiarito all'arrivo. Ultima cosa la posizione che certo è ottima come vicinanza al mall ma non è né in centro a Putrajaya né a Kuala Lumpur...se fossi stata lì per turismo e non per lavoro (con persona che mi venivano a prendere) probabilemente avrei scelto un hotel più centrale.

Pleasant but not as great as other hotels.
Pros:

The staff (except for the ‘unfriendly’ manager during check-in who did not provide the interconnected rooms until we agreed to upgrade to a family room & paid an extra RM100 per night) including the security, doorman, bellboy, driver of the shuttle van, housekeeping were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Too many steps at the entrance - not very accessible- needed staff to provide & push wheelchair for elderly guest.
