L'emplacement avec la vue sur l'océan était apprécié.
Les photos mises dans l'annonce et dans la réservation ne correspondaient pas à ce que nous avons obtenu en réalité.
Les murs n'étaient pas blancs comme sur la photo. Des briques délabrées qui donnaient l'impression d'avoir été laissées à l'abandon car le rhabillage mural n'était pas fini (nous nous sommes demandés si nous n'étions pas au Bronx finalement).
Le parquet n'était pas non plus de la couleur indiquée sur les photos, ni de la qualité présupposé.
Les boiseries étaient de très mauvaise qualité, difficile d'ouvrir ou même de fermer les fenêtres.
Nous avons retrouvé de la poussière derrière le lit, sur les plinthes, dans les stores (jamais nettoyés à en voir la quantité), sur un sol nettoyé à la va vite difficile de savoir si la serpillère y a été passé. Mauvaise surprise encore dans la salle de bain, quelques poils ou cheveux Dieu sait dans la douche encore humide et calcairisé. Le sol de la salle de bain était clairement à l'image du reste de l'appartement.
Nous avons contacté l'établissement et demandé un remboursement de 50% car payer 800$ pour deux nuits, pour une publication mensongère est inacceptable! L'établissement a proposé de rembourser 20% (plus ou moins les taxes de séjour). Booking a tenté également de négocier avec eux mais sans succès.
Vous comprendrez donc bien que nous sommes tombés de très haut lorsque nous avons ouvert la porte de ce logement. La déception était telle que nous étions dans l'obligation de rédiger ce commentaire négatif.
Superb location.
Stanza pessima, finestra del bagno che non si poteva chiudere in quanto rotta, la cassaforte non andava, televisore rimasto sempre acceso con delle scritte in quanto col telecomando non si spegneva. Finestra del soggiorno che non si tiravano giù le tapparelle e zanzariera rotta per concludere la vasca pessima con asciugamani con le macchie. Tutto con allegato foto

Feo edificio, mala limpieza, mucho ruido
Staff disponibile, posizione buona e camera con vista mare, mezzi pubblici abbastanza comodi (varie fermate del bus e metro verso Santa Monica).
Zona piuttosto tranquilla, forse un po' rumorosa la sera per via dei locali vicini ma nulla di fastidioso anche durante il weekend.
Manutenzione della stanza scadente, le finestre faticavano a chiudersi e la doccia non funzionava benissimo.
Parcheggio disponibile lungo le strade della zona, se si trova, altrimenti ci sono alcuni garage vicini ma perlopiù non custoditi
Very good location
We stayed there for a day, and they charged 250$ deposit, and we didn’t get it why, any other hotels we stayed in (mariott,hilton) they charged 10-20$. And it wasn’t clean

Dichiara di non avere un parcheggio. In realtà il parcheggio è disponibile a pagamento. Se si parcheggia in zona poi bisogna spostarlo all’interno del parcheggio dell’hotel pagando così due volte.. non c’è l’aria condizionata e tenendo le finestre aperte, si sente molto rumore dovuto dai locali sotto l’immobile
