Cheap, convenient to freeway

Basic. No amenities. No coffee pot in the room, no mini fridge or microwave. Breakfast was not served.

I didn't like the fact that they tried to keep my 100 dollar deposit. It's not right.
I didn’t like how the staff was not welcoming at all they were welcoming to the people before us because they were from India and so was the hotel staff. They gave us a room next to the employee closet and there were all much banging and let me not start on the room, had a bad smell like rust and mold, the beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom doesn’t even have decent towels and there was a literal spider web in the bathroom the floors creek. Overall it’s a bad experience I was so disappointed.
Staff are friendly and overall room was clean.

Everything; wasn’t the greatest area and signs everywhere stating to lock your vehicles. We were driving back home and we decided to stop for the night and get some rest we were fighting to stay awake. We were not even there 3hrs before my son broke out in big bites! The room was infested in bed bugs! We were not the only room with this problem. The room across from us also was leaving at the same time we were. To pack everything up at 2am in the morning with my son. Still haven’t heard anything from the hotel besides a basic message with no refund! I have pictures and have dealt with bed bugs before. So we then just drove straight through back home and we had to cancel plans with family the next day cause neither of us had any sleep and been up for more then 24hrs each. To get home and have to wash and dry everything we had in the car! On top of that there is a $100 deposit thag they took that wasn’t listed in the description I finally got that back today. Haven’t heard anything from management besides a generic message. I figured something would have come back by now

I liked how helpful and kind they were to myself and my fiance. I liked it was close to a walmart.
That i know the room wasn't clean as hoped certain areas but i always clean when i arrive i always check for bugs. Also the sheet was dirty i offered to change sheet but they offered .
