Amazing location, short walk to main area with gorgeous views
Modern, immaculate clean, lovely products in room and facilities and very friendly staff
The bed in room was pretty small - guessing small double.
Room on small side but waking up to the views made up for it! If you spend lot of time in room maybe not ideal

Parking on site. Watched Dolphins jumping while having breakfast through the dining room picture window.

Our shower was very hot and not easy to control
Location is excellent but one of the receptionists, bar and restaurant staff were friendly, I got a frosty welcome the first evening. Food was excellent ate an evening meal and a breakfast no complaints.
Receptionist I spoke to the first night was unwelcoming but otherwise ok. It is not though as it suggests on the beach

Bedroom is small size for £200/ night and walls paper thin so any noise transmits through , noise from outside units in morning , only provided water first day , didn’t change towels one day
The hotel is in a fantastic position and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Our dog was totally spoilt
Unfortunately our dog friendly room was on a corridor that a room had been painted. The smell was very bad and we had to buy our own air fresheners to leave in our room to mask the smell. Reed diffusers would have helped in the corridor. The hotel should have warned us as it definitely impacted our stay.
Fabulous location, great food, parking provided for guests. The room was clean, beds comfortable.
We loved happy hour cocktails sitting looking out to see and all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.
While we opted for a skylight room, it was extremely hot even with a fan.
It was room 9 and at the top of the stairs so it was very noisy from late in the evening and then again early morning.
Breakfast was awesome. View from dining and bar was great. The "gym" was a bit of a walk to a nearby facility, but it was good quality.
The "deck" we paid extra for was NOT ocean view like what we were expecting. It was a small shared courtyard and not useful as a place to relax or hang out.

Hotel very nice with friendly staff. Breakfast was good all cooked to order. Double room was super with a walk in shower.
Skylight single was rather small & very hot but it is July & a fan provided did help but if staying again I would definitely book a single room with a window.
Great staff who all were happy to help with anything. This is a reflection of the manager who was always happy to chat and make you feel welcome. Location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk into Seahouses but far enough away for it to be very peaceful and quiet. It's a dog friendly hotel - we don't have a dog but it wasn't an issue as everyone kept their dogs on leads. Just across the road from the coastal path and about 3-4 miles to Bamburgh Castle - a really beautiful walk. Would recommend Beach House!

Location was perfect lovely king size bed food very nice staff always served with a smile lovely outside sitting area around perfection would definitely stay again
Nothing really not sure why biscuits not replenish each day and I think it's a bit pricey
