Great overall but too quite, pool too cold

The only thing that we like about this hotel was the room which was pretty big and also the iced coffee from the bar

Cons:

First thing the pool was very quiet there wasn’t any music plus also the pool is really cold so nobody is really in and we ended up moving to the hotel next to it Topázio

I have stay here 3 or 4 times & it never disappoints, the staff are helpful & friendly.

Limpeza do quarto e das zonas comuns.
Quarto com sardaniscas e mesmo após comunicação a receção não foram verificar. Cabelos na cama e lençóis um pouco sujos.
Zonas comuns com lixo e sujas.
Piscina com sobra total às 16h (mal posicionada)

Boa piscina, apartamento/quarto com espaço bastante razoável, funcionários atendem com simpatia, estacionamento dentro do espaço envolvente do hotel. Um ambiente agradável por todo o hotel. Muito limpo.

Cons:

Na casa de banho, o chuveiro é fixo dentro da banheira, o que não é nada prático nem funcional.
Na kitchenet faltam alguns utensílios que seriam úteis.
