Elevator broke my husband was stuck on the upper floor waiting for it. They had to change our room because the AC did not work correctly no soap or shampoos in the room

I did not like hearing a hallway of crickets then when I got to my room, I didn’t like the fact that I was seeing roaches crawling on the floor the walls multiple times

There is no breakfast they never answer the phones or nobody is at the front desk the hotel isn’t very clean no microwave if u wanna heat your food up no mini fridge for your drinks in your room no irons blow dryers I’ve stayed at other motel sixes n they had this . No clean towels air wasn’t working so my room got switched
