A motel at a but to high of cost.
Pros:

Location was 15 min from where I needed to go.

Cons:

The room has cockraches, sheets had some stains on them. The shower head dribbled water rather than steamed. The shower curtain was moldy and there were no toiletries available. One bar of hand soap was all that was in there. For 80$ a night I expected a higher level of quality.

I like that it was in Roseville Minnesota. I liked being able to book online through booking and I liked being able to pay using Cash App.

Cons:

When we got there, the receptionist was swearing at somebody who was who had just left the lobby and hoping that that an effort didn’t come back in. We just stood there, not saying anything with my two minor children and myself at 11 o’clock at night. Then she couldn’t get the key working and kept shoving it up and down the slot to get it to work and was swearing at the key because it wasn’t working. We then went up to the hotel room and there was no blankets on the bed, the sheets were filthy, when we pulled back the sheets, one of them had obviously been laid in. There was dirt in Hair and bugs in it, there were no towels, the bathroom shower was black instead of white. The walls were filthy. We could not stay there. We had to leave the and stay in the car. We were gonna sleep in the car since it was so late however people were coming and going. I think the hotel is used for sex workers. We ended up needing to go and find another safe place to stay because even the parking lot was not safe. I’m hoping I can get a refund of my $80. That was the most horrible experience we’ve ever had. premises and stay at.

Cons:

There were no towels in the room, no fridge. The sheets were stained. Also the charges me $75 additionally to my room charge. I did nothing to the room and they did not return my $75. I have been calling the motel and they answer and hang up. I would like my money returned.

Cigarette ashes everywhere and piss in the shower
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room was dirty when we came in. There were cigarette ashes covering every surface, including the beds. The beds were not made up at all, it looked like we were crashing someone else's stay. There was a pre-roll container on the counter and garbage all over the room. There was pee in the toilet, as if someone was in a hurry to leave the place, and there was also pee and cigarette ash in the shower. The smoke alarm had a bag over it as well, further proving this last person did not care about not smoking, just about not getting caught. Since none of this was taken care of before our stay and it was too late at night to find another place to stay, we decided to drive home instead, a 6-hour drive, in the middle of the night. Extremely unprofessional and just gross.

Disgusting hotel
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

There were no towels, no pillows, no TV remote and no way to turn it on. There were flies everywhere, the sheets were dirty. Used soap bar in the bottom of the shower. No hot water.
