The staff were excellent! We never had to wait long for anything and they even helped us with offsire reservations.

A fabulous property that looks at least as good as the pictures. An infinity pool overlooking the reef and another on the edge of the beach . Beautifully manicured gardens and white sand paths. Professional staff. A first class restaurant. A good gym kept immaculate. Much needed excellent air conditioning. Lots of good eating nearby. Reef trip pick up from the hotel pier

It was amazing! Staff were great at getting anything we needed. Beautiful property. We stayed on the second floor facing the beach. The room was large and perfect for a family. We'll definitely go again.

What a beautiful hotel service was excellent. The food was outrageous. We stayed at the beautiful rainforest suite with its own personal pool. Even had poolside service too. The accommodations were just perfect. I would come back to this place again and highly recommend it.

We love the Victoria House, and there is no other place we will stay on the island. The staff is fabulous!!! Just to name a few staff members! Mitch, Caesar,Estvan, Miscel, Duane and the front desk!!!

My husband and I eloped at Victoria House in April 2026, after an incredible weeklong stay. The resort grounds were beautiful with easy access to pools and the beach. They made it super easy to book excursions into town and out with the dive shop. The entire staff was extremely kind and attentive, and they all made our trip feel so special. Tris, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure our elopement was perfect. Every detail was taken care of and exceeded our expectations. We just wrapped up a stay at Victoria House and honestly loved it.

What makes this place special is the feeling you get the second you come through the gates. San Pedro has gotten busy and pretty overbuilt in a lot of areas, but Victoria House somehow still feels calm, spacious and tucked away from all of it. By the end of the trip, coming back to the property felt like exhaling.

The landscaping and grounds deserve special mention because they are a huge part of the experience here. There is clearly a massive amount of work happening behind the scenes to maintain the property at this level. The lawns, palms, pathways and overall groundskeeping make the place feel lush, tropical and honestly almost otherworldly at times. The spacing between buildings and the openness of the property make a huge difference too. It never felt crowded.

The staff across the board were exceptional. The breakfast every morning was consistently excellent, the pool attendants were attentive and friendly without hovering and the bar staff made afternoons at the pool and evenings at the bar feel relaxed and welcoming every single day.

The whole property has a refined but unpretentious energy that is getting harder to find. It feels polished without trying too hard.

We travel quite a bit and Victoria House is one of those places where the atmosphere itself becomes part of the trip. We left rested and happy on an island that we didn’t expect to find such peace.

We just returned from celebrating my 60th birthday at Victoria House. It was nothing short of fantastic! My husband and I stayed in the Rainforest Suite while our daughter stayed in Casita 10 next door. We loved spending our days relaxing at our private pool, going on excursions set up by VH and interacting with the wonderful staff. On our final evening, we celebrated my birthday with dinner in the overwater palapa. Thank you to everyone at Victoria House for making my vacation and birthday so special! We’re already planning our return.

Amazing experience. Staff was very professional and accommodating. The vibe at the pool was friendly, family oriented, and private. No loud music or worse, machinery.

The sargassum was never an issue. The resort work hard to keep it off the beach.

The casita was air conditioned, clean, roomy, and worked well for the few hours we were in it.

Restaurant and bar closed at decent hour, so not hard to get sleep. Early access to coffee and breakfast for the early birds.

All in all .. a great time, greater value and worth recommending for visitors to San Pedro Island.

Victory House is a luxury resort, with spa and full service dinning.
It is a smaller resort and was very peaceful. I was comfortable travelling alone and staying here. They took care of everything I needed and were extremely welcoming, and caring. I had a fantastic time.

Staff was wonderful, our accommodations were very nice, all the meals that we had were very good.

Our only complaint was the sea grasses that accumulated along the beach? Not only did it deter you from going in the water, but the smell was awful.

We do realize that it was out of your control.

What a slice of heaven! Highly recommend this resort. The staff was so kind and helpful, the facilities are well maintained and clean, and the beach, pool, and spa were a welcome reprieve from the daily grind. The grounds are nicely kept and very serene. I recommend this for anyone looking for somewhere to relax, out of the bustle of town but still accessible with about a 15 minute golf cart ride).

Our stays at Victoria House Resort & Spa have always been outstanding (this being our 3rd visit). The beautiful setting and comfortable accommodations were matched by truly exceptional staff—warm, attentive, and always eager to help, making us feel welcomed at every moment. We also brought guests (my father‑in‑law and his girlfriend), and they were equally impressed with the service and care throughout the resort. A relaxing, high‑quality experience we would absolutely recommend!
