海外も10か国くらい行きましたが、今までで一番のシャビーなホテル
Pros:

従業員はフレンドリーで良かったと思います。

Cons:

まず、改修中で、ロビーも工事中。
日中はホテルの部屋はうるさくて休憩もできない。
朝食メニューはおかずになるようなものは3品程度。かなりメニューが貧弱で、4泊のうち1日はジュースや牛乳といった冷たいドリンクがなかった。こんなことは初めて。
シャワーは首の角度を変えられない。

Das Hotel war eine Baustelle. Das wurde nirgends angekündigt bzw erwähnt. Der Eingang zum Hotel musste auf der Hinterseite (Hotelgarage) genommen (gefunden) werden.

Room and location good, front desk service bad
Pros:

Location and price/quality.

Cons:

Service at the front desk is very bad. I am struggling to get an invoice for my stay despite talking to them directly on the phone and with booking. First time a hotel doesn't want to give me an invoice in 25 years travelling. Very weird!

Frustrating , disappointing. The room was good.

The room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel was under construction which meant that there was only a reception downstairs. There was dust everywhere. The restaurant was closed. The breakfast was appalling, the juice machine was broken and the coffee was burnt. Staff were obviously having to cope, but we were not informed of the renovations even through we booked around 4 weeks in advance. The internet went down while were there due to them fixing it on our floor. The guys doing the work said- sorry we didn't realise you were there. I would want a refund of our fees.

Disappointing, uncomfortable stay that did not justify the price.
Pros:

The hotel staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is currently under construction and renovation, so it does not look like a proper hotel. This was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. On the contrary, the photos showed a well-maintained hotel, which was very misleading compared to the construction site we arrived at. When we got there, I honestly thought we had the wrong address. There were workers around at all times, construction dust, and even a crane in the middle of the lobby.

Additionally, the breakfast was extremely poor - far below what is expected from a Holiday Inn by IHG.

Not expected this kind of stay at a HOLIDAY INN brand for the amount paid.
Pros:

Nothing in a HOLIDAY INN one would expect for the price paid for the stay.

Cons:

It was very disappointing for me and my family:
1)The room is very noisy throughout the day and night - window panes are not insulating outside sound at all.
2)Several floors on the hotels are under construction - we could hear hammering sounds through the day, smell of paints, dirt and debris at many points.
3)Breakfast was in a makeshift room which was not ideal for having food.
4)Quality of breakfast is not what is expected from a HOLIDAY INN Brand.
5)Struggled to connect to internet through wifi - one of the staff helped in contacting the service provider and set-it up on our phones.
6) Lifts were in poor condition, most of the time we access through service lifts. Lifts were open to access to anyone which means it was insecure as anyone could come to the floor.
7)The Air Conditioner cut-off sound is so loud it can wake a person from the sleep.

la situation de l'hotel en centre ville et le stationnement proposé
La literie est confortable

Cons:

Assez déçue par cet hôtel. Bien que situé dans le centre l hotel est en travaux et les bruits de perceuse sont tres gênants! . Obligé de prendre l ascenseur de service car le principal en travaux...J avais reserve pour une chambre avec 2 lits Queen site et nous avons eut une chambre standard.
La télévision ne marchait pas et un employé et venu nous la dépanner rapidement
Les chambres sont petites
Le petit déjeuner est tres moyen
