Really friendly staff. Breakfast was good considering price of the hotel. Gym pretty solid. And rooms nice
AC system slightly confusing. Breakfast room was a bit cramped. Location could be slightly better as it's about 10 mins to nearest subway (though there are lots of transport options). Room a bit dark.

Room was very comfortable. Hotel was clean but parking was a bit pricey and you can't take your car out or you pay more but I guess it is NYC. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay. Staff was great and very helpful. Cleanliness is a major factor for my stays when visiting out of town along with safety and I was very pleased with both!

I received an email to ask if there was anything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. That was a nice touch.
It was our 27th wedding anniversary so they gave us a room with a view.
I am a Hilton Silver member so we received snacks and water.
We were there for 3 nights so housekeeping gave us turndown service.
Cons:
Parking is expensive
No in and out priveledges with parking.
When it rains the satellite TV doesnt work.
But Netflix, and HBO Max does.
Otherwise, it was a nice stay!

The staff was super friendly and helpful; we were very happy that we got a room with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge. It was the perfect way to end our trip in the States.
The bed was very comfortable!
Just two small things: it would have been nice if there were more hangers for the towels
It was quite loud at night, and we felt the windows weren't soundproof.
Everything was as expected.
