Great property but not the best experience this visit.
Pros:

The facilities and room were comfortable. Location is great as well.

Cons:

Issues with check in. Booked reservation under my mother's name. But she had issues checking in. Not sure if it was Hampton or Booking.com's fault but my confirmation showed my mom's name on reservation, yet the folio showed my name and only my mother as an additional guest. It was a long day and delay at airport and my mother got in at 6pm to check in instead of originally planned 3pm.

das Frühstück war gut alles was es braucht , Kaffee, Tee gab es den ganzen Tag , Zimmer war für mich wie erwartet ,
die Klima hat etwas genervt , da sie etwas geklappert hat konnte ich aber lösen .
Betten sind sehr bequem
Bad sauber und die Größe war ok.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strasse etwas laut ab 5 Uhr morgens nun ist halt NY

The staff Ki and especially Craig were SUPER. The remaining staff were helpful and cordial.

Location was accessible.

Cons:

Location has a lot of traffic. Sirens, cars, people. Advertising that rooftop was accessible and it was not. Room was very small.
