Great location for shopping and a verity of restaurants.
Pros:

Pros:

Breakfast was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the subway station I needed was nearby. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

We recently stayed at this hotel for our daughter's wedding and the experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our entire wedding party feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. Every request was handled with kindness, professionalism, and a smile.

The accommodations were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere made our special week even more memorable. Coordinating a wedding group can be stressful, but the hotel staff made everything seamless and easy for us and our guests.

We truly appreciated how accommodating everyone was — from check-in to checkout, the service was exceptional. Thank you, Ki and Mallory, at reception, for keeping us calm during the pre-wedding chaos. You saw to all our unexpected needs without blinking an eye.

Our friends and family are still talking about how wonderful the stay was. We could not have chosen a better place to celebrate such an important occasion. I highly recommend this hotel for weddings, events, or any special stay!

Great hotel, Even better service
Pros:

The hotel was great in a wonderful location, super clean and easy access to lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. But what really puts this over the top is the staff. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay great. They reached out personally via email before my stay began and when I responded with some questions, they wrote back immediately. They accommodated my early check in request and I arrived just after breakfast had finished but Ki ran right into the back and made me a plate with a fabulous bagel, cream cheese and a banana and another staff member helped me roll my bags into the elevator when he saw me struggling to get my key card with the food and my bags. They were really what made the stay great. I will definitely stay again when I’m back.
