Pros:

Staff was helpful and very friendly; breakfast was delicious! Rooms were very clean and neat.

Cons:

The location of the hotel was not good for me, as the police and fire stations are very close by and I didn't get much sleep with sirens going 24/7. I do not fault the hotel for this, but I won't be staying here again because of this

It was good after they fixed the AC in our room. Very friendly staff.
Pros:

It was clean, good breakfast, and close to subway.

Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of downtown where everything is walking distance without the need for a subway. The lobby and front desk were very welcoming to our group of 12. They offered water on our nightly returns and to-go breakfast for when we were running late. 10/10-We will return to this hotel!

If I ever need a place to stay in that area, this will be my first choice
Pros:

Shout-out to Romeo from check-in, who went out of his way to make sure I had all I needed. The room was impeccably clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with public transportation not too far away. Check-out was easy, and staff was very friendly.

My only complaint is that the shower floors are INSANELY slippery! Now, I will allow for the proven fact that I'm an incurable klutz, but STILL!

Great location for shopping and a verity of restaurants.
Pros:

The locations was convenient for us to get to Barclays Center and parking next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and amazing.

Excellent stay always!
Pros:

I just want to give a shout-out to all the staff at the Hampton Inn Downtown, Brooklyn. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 4 years, while our daughter was in school in Brooklyn, and have always found the staff, from the bartenders, housekeeping, maintenance to the front desk to be friendly, accommodating and incredibly professional. The rooms are always spotless and the breakfast well stocked.

Thank you to all the staff for making our stays at the Hampton Inn Brooklyn, Downtown so enjoyable over the years. I can’t say enough about what a great hotel it is!
